Absolutely the best service ive ever had, i took something in at 3clk one day it was ready the next morning, the job was as expected, top marks , will defiantly be using Rosa Roads again .

A friend and I did a workshop on making blinds with Rosa and her colleague and it was time well spent. Rosa provided refreshments and a lovely working area where we were shown how to assemble a roman blind. I put my blind up the same day and I feel confident to attempt another. I would thoroughly recommend.

I visited Rosa Rhodes asking for black velvet, Rosa explained that it wasn't in her Carlton sq shop but in her other shop which was closed. She arranged to meet me there shortly, opened up the shop and supplied me with the velvet, that was customer service over & beyond. She offers a great selection of soft furnishings - I highly recommend a visit.

The quality you would expect from John Lewis but alot cheaper, not only that, you have super efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Rosa and the lovely ladies in the shop.
