Linden was so knowledgeable and she showed us different options so we got just what we wanted. A. G.I visited this store (and other sellers) several times whilst I was deciding what style, colour, and material I would like in a sofa. Torin at the Nottingham store was very kind, helpful and patient, and contributed some useful suggestions.
I am very happy with my decision of the Illinois sofa, one I hope to live with for around 20 years like my current sofa!
I enjoyed my Sofology experience, as the staff there were all friendly, and there was some banter between us all and other customers.
I would be happy to recommend them, but can only comment on my buying experience. I will review again after delivery.
The one thing which could be improved is that if a customer changes their order within 48hrs as is allowed, that the new purchase should show up on the My Sofology site. It doesn't, which leads to uncertainty and unnecessary follow-up calls to check the order has gone through.
A.Went in for a browse, 1 hour left with a brand new sofa ordered!
Stephen was extremely helpful, knowledge and gave us all the time in the world as we went through our likes and dislikes before deciding on our purchase.

The sofology staff unlike the rude DFS staff were actually very helpful and they let me and my wife have a good look around even though it was late...we both eventually agreed on a sofa and are purchased it.

I’ve been to a different sofology store before however the one at the Giltbrook Retail Park is by far the best, no pressure sales enviroment with plenty of friendly faces to give you a hand. Not once did someone try to pressure me in to buying. I believe it was Alvito the ittialan guy who was looking after me. Great service.
