Delivered on time , nice furniture excellent service

Visited this store last Sunday arrived just as they was closing a member of staff (Vicky) stayed behind for me and the wife to look around. Vicky gave us great advice on all the outdoor furniture. Returned Monday morning was met by another member of staff (Emma) who gave great advice on covers and parasols. I purchased a lovely outdoor set and parasol which was delivered today looks the part. Great customer service ,great staff,swift delivery definitely recommend. Thank you

We have purchased quite a few items over the years from Zoo Interiors. The quality is second to none at very reasonable prices the staff in store are not pushy but are available when you need them. They have just delivered out new outdoor dining set and the 2 members of staff who delivered the furniture were amazing they took every piece into the rear garden and it's not easy to get big items through. They offered to take every piece rather than leave then under the car port the easier option for them. I cannot praise them enough 10 /10

Returned a minor damaged lampshade today and didn't have my receipt, but the staff recalled my sale and without interrogation nor the slightest objection their side immediately offered a replacement. I can only speak volums on the customer service care approach, faultless and so friendly. Highly recommend this store for value and service.

Amazing service! I have order amazing garden furniture set, didn't have to wait months (like in other shops these days) with top quality-you can see the difference. Great customer service and delivery service (on time, put everything together and they took all boxes ect!). I will definitely come back!

Wow, wow,wow. Just had our outdoor patio table and four chairs delivered this morning. 23rd June 21. Quality and super value for money. Well worth the wait during covid. something that’s gonna last for years 🤞. What an AMAZING shop!!!! Ladies that run it we’re so kind and welcoming not pushy just generally nice people which I loved! Their products are just to die for I could have had one of everything in there! We’re not from Nottingham but I would say to anyone it is 100% worth the trip! We had two sofas from them which are beautiful And a very unique vase which is now my favourite thing in the house! it’s just by chance we found their lovely shop on our way to a concert in Nottingham and I noticed their lush shop through the window! 100% recommend their products! And their customer service is amazing! We will be using this store again for our garden furniture! Keep up the good work! I love shopping at a family run business!

Cannot recommend highly enough! I ordered a rattan corner sofa set after being let down by another company on Tuesday. They had a great choice of furniture in stock and were really helpful in sorting requirements over the phone. My set was delivered this morning (Thursday), despite national delivery delays, and I couldn't be happier- excellent quality for the price and outstanding service from all the staff I dealt with.

Bit of a fluke really, browsing online for garden furniture and stumbled upon Zoo interiors. Oh my word so much to choose from and quality at reasonable prices. Chose the Portland set oval table and 6 chairs, it looked very nice just what we were looking for. From ordering to delivery was a breeze so friendly and professional, delivered inside a week and this in lockdown too. From the Helen at Zoo to the delivery chaps, so so friendly, even set our table up for us. Sat out enjoying this furniture now while writing this review in the sunshine. My husband bought some furniture from here a few weeks ago and I was honestly surprised by what he had bought, I had to have a look myself! We spent a fair bit of cash in here for the most amazing pieces of furniture. From Adele helping in store to the guys delivering the furniture, (sorry I didn't get their names 🙄) it really was worth while. An Ickle hic up with a piece that I got delivered but soon resolved. Excellent store for anything that's a little bit different.Prices are very good too! The staff are all lovely and helpful.We had quite a few things(furniture) from here for our new home and they were excellent with the deliveries letting us try a chair colour out that we were'nt sure of! I would definitely recommend a visit to this store.
