Fantastic product and even greater customer service. They help me find the product I wanted which was right for me while being very professional. Product was delivered alot quicker than expect and now it's fully assembled I love. Would defently recommend to a friend.

The mattress is good so far but my reasoning for 4 stars is that the delivery took alot longer than expected. I was told I'd get a delivery on a certain day and it took almost 2 weeks longer which I had to chase up twice. I got an apology, which was great but as I'd never dealt with this company before, it did make me wonder if I'd been 'had'. Fortunately, it all worked out.

I just received 2 Pocket Sprung 1200 Mattresses, and they are so comfy. I am blown over by the quality for the price, they are for my sons and a spare room, and are fantastic. great service, and lovely delivery, the driver was really friendly and put them in the rooms for me. best service will definitely buy from here again. I ordered a mattress as the last one I randomly ordered and did not research was definitely not how it was described and very uncomfortable. I have been privileged to meet the owner of this business and his colleagues and team members. He is a husband and father and the same as many..looking to earn a living for now and for his children’s future. So I phoned up to order this mattress instead of just ordering one that looked good from one of the usual home shopping sites, and discussed the type of one I wanted. The one I chose for my personal preference is so comfy and feels almost like you’re floating. It’s amazing and my kids are now saying my bed is comfier than there’s. So thank you for the product, the service you offer and all the work you do to give people the choice to still be a small business customer

I have ordered on 3 different occasions from ilikebeds. 1. Pine bed frame - very nice, unfinished which i painted gauzy white. 2. a mattress which came next day and was really good for the money and 3. last week 8 dining room chairs which again came next day. One was damaged in the box and they sent a new one which came after the weekend. Adam was very helpful, thanks.
