Well laid out furniture store. Helpful staff. We dealt with Eliza and she was extremely helpful, simply couldn't do enough to help us. I do hope Oak Furnitureland appreciate what an excellent member of staff they have.

Kenny was a star, he was so friendly and helped answer all of our questions. We went in the shop to have a look at the furniture for inspiration and came out with a sofa, TV stand and coffee table - all because Kenny informed us of the Home Buyers Promise offered by Oak Furniture Land. He knew exactly how he could help us and provided excellent customer care whilst we visited the store 😀

Ordered goodwood modular corner sofa in January and it arrived today can’t fault the delivery guys at all, they were unsure if they would get the corner part through the door but they did, they couldn’t get the other parts through the door in the boxes so they took them out the boxes and hay presto straight through. Thanks guys 😊

Absolutely brilliant service from Kenny. Found exactly what we wanted, good price, good advice and he could not have been any more helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. Gorgeous furniture which is such good quality, reasonable prices. Delivery was really easy to arrange and super helpful delivery drivers who helped to set everything up. We've made another order with Oak Furniture Land and will use this well trusted company again in the future.

We visited at the weekend looking for front room furniture. We got to walk around, the salesman who spoke to us was polite offered us tea / coffee etc. Price was ok but in comparison to laminated products on the same retail estate elsewhere are fairly good. We spoke to a chap called Shy, he kinda reminded me of a young snoop dogg but better spoken and more polite. We would recommend.

Beautiful furniture, bought two pieces. One particular salesman was annoying and pushy. He wouldn't leave us alone to browse. He got the sale of two pieces of furniture from us, promptly disappeared then as we left, he saw us and didn't even bother to say goodbye 🙄. Lovely furniture but poor salesman.

We did our research on line so that we had almost decided what I we wanted before going. Because of Covid19 they have a one way system and we were able to see everything we wanted to. Ordering was well organised with social distancing being observed at all times.

Purchased a side table online from this store really nice but the problem is there delivery service if I paid £50 I could have had it delivered in a couple of days .£10 paid and a two week delivery it doesn’t make sense to me just a rip off and when it was delivered the box was absolutely Filthy so be aware if you have a light coloured carpet.

Now gone into a partnership with a sofa company, previously just oak furniture. Shop has a confusing layout with Sofas spread out randomly across 2floors amongst dining furniture. Staff welcoming and helpful though.
