Bought table and chairs from here after being advised they could better the service and deliver quicker from where we had already ordered. Nothing but trouble wish we had stayed at previous business. Table delivered but chairs have not been delivered. First set had wood worm second set not fit for delivery. Still awaiting someone to inform me what is happening as given up calling them as they say they are just the distributor. Poor service all-round. Have now had A store manager take charge of the issues. Now on top of problem and keeping us properly updated and informed. Hence why now changed review to 5 stars

Five stars well deserved. Greeted as we walked in, no pressure after that, which is one thing that might make one turn and exit shortly after. Took a dear friend i/we help often, who was in need of a new sofa. Lets cut to the chase on this one so to speak, some of you may have already seen previous reviews on other establishments, I am brutally honest. Took my, our, friend to somewhere he has shopped before. His stroke left him struggling with speech. Long story short, he got the sofa he wanted without being stressed out. Why? Because someone took the time to not try to correct him or talk over him. Someone listened and gave space when needed, and stepped back when needed, even though not asked to give us time. Previous experience? Thank you. Take care.

Had done my research on line before I entered the shop so a very smooth purchase of new bedroom furniture including a bed. Sales advisor extremely helpful and printed out details which we perused over tea and coffee before going ahead with ordering and buying what we wanted. Have shopped here many times and will do so again.

Excellent value and friendly staff. The only down side is that the lead time for new sofa is 4 months, i.e, March 2021. That is long time sitting on the carpet. And for other stock items, up to 2 months.

Didn't actually buy anything on this visit so can't give more stars. The store was well laid out, it was easy to move through the furniture displays. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
