Spoke to Dan at the store and he was so helpful and not pushy. We ended with with a larger corner reclining sofa, bed, mattress and dining room table and chairs. Dan kept me informed and all the staff in the store and the delivery drivers we had, all very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Glad to have used Dan, will always go back. 5 star / 10 out of 10.

My husband and I both hate being bothered when we are trying to shop, Wayne came to see if he could help and then left us to discuss, he was available when needed, but gave us space when we needed it and that is really what clinched the deal in the end. We purchased a number of lovely pieces of furniture from FV for our new build property, prior to completion. Unfortunately we had extended delays to completion, which required delaying delivery. This was absolutely no problem for Furniture Village, Plymouth. In particular huge thanks to Wayne, who provided the most excellent customer service throughout, contacting us only at agreed times for progress updates. There was never any pressure from Furniture Village. The delivery times and assembly service was spot on. We are so pleased with the excellent quality of the furniture, and the service from Wayne & FV that we have returned to order additional items of furniture through Wayne. Our experience at Furniture Village, Plymouth was first rate. We were welcomed as we entered the store, asked whether we would like tea/coffee, and invited to look around the store at our own pace. In this instance, however, we already knew what we wanted and with the Sales Consultant's (Wayne Shackley) advice and guidance we configured the sofas to suit. Although there was no pressure applied to buy 'there and then', we went ahead with the purchase. As many do, we opted for interest free payments, and were guided through the process with clear explanations at every step. We now eagerly await the delivery of our sofas........

We have been using Furniture Village for many years, mainly for the choice, quality and value for money they offer. On this occasion we were only browsing to see what was available for a future purchase, we noticed there was a sale on with some very special deals. Too much for the wife to resist, on introduction to Adam Tench our sales assistant, we were talked through the various offers on the items we were interested in. Adam has a very pleasant personality, courteous and polite at all times, but with the professional touch and the product knowledge you expect from your server. With the tempting offers available it was too good an opportunity to miss, so a list of items was compliled and best prices and best deals offered. We were not tempted or swayed by the free coffee and cookies, well not much anyway, but we did partake of the refreshments they offered, excellent. Yes we ended the session with a new Bounce powered lounge suite, swivel coffee table, Fermanac elite powered beds with massage, matching Headboard, Tempur elite mattresses, Tempur Cloud pillows and Tempur mattress protectors. So Adam you have a lot to answer for, redecoration of rooms, new carpets, lamps, lighting and curtains to match our new purchases, so are we happy. Oh yes we are delighted and cannot thank you enough for your help and assistance throughout the whole transaction process. You are a credit to Furniture Village. Thank You. Mike & June
