The team at Plymouth were excellent. I dealt with them to collect an on line order at their store, which, my mistake, I mis-ordered and consequently didn't want. They were happy to take the product back there and then. They were so lovely, it was no problem to them. I received a full refund and I am very grateful they were so nice about it. Staff were incredibly helpful, the items were not of the quality I'd have expected once unboxed but for ease of time a bit of sanding and varnishing myself fixed the issue.

Quality service from the Lady on duty. The Futon Shop sells Futons and many are on display. There are many solutions for sensible home storage especially those with a small room to furnish. The storage section of the store was splendid and many novel space saving objects are on sale. We are thrilled with our purchases. Nice clean shop
