The wrong parts were sent, the customer service team did resolve the issue quickly but it was still inconvenient. The bed didn't come with printed out instructions I had to find them online, the instructions were not very good. The hinge part of the bed was a nightmare to fit the bed onto. The bed seems filmsy for the price. Also a couple of the parts had rust on them. I wouldn't buy another one from this company.
