Had a sofa and knew right away one of the cushion seats had far too much material on it and didn't seem like it was very supportive. We told them right away had to wait for about a month for one of their specialist to come and have a look. He didn't agree with us and said if you can dress it (tuck it under etc) in 15 mins its ok obviously we didn't agree im not spending 15 mins dressing my sofa every morning! Anyway we complained again and give them their due they send another person out for a 2nd opinion this guy though agreed it was faulty and we finally got a new cushion in the post and then arranged for them to fit it and now it looks fine so thankyou for listening and acting to resolve the issue even though we had to push it

Not sure about the other negative reviews, just been to the Plymouth store. Relaxed atmosphere, not hounded or pressured and purchased our items and served politely and professionally by Alister, had a really good experience and would recommend this store and Alister to anybody thinking of oak furniture. I think if some people stop and think about how they would like to be spoken to then perhaps there would be no need to leave some of the feedback. We were treated with respect, professionalism and light heartedness which we instigated with Alister. Absolutely first class experience.

I honestly did not expect much, kind of hoped but not expected. Boy was I wrong, we had ADRIAN help us but not one of those pushy in your face help but come when you need me be honest and open give as much information as possible and let you make the decision. Not only that he was so amazing and patient but as we are recliner sofa " virgines" he gave us all the info we needed. Shop it self is another amazing point, went for sofa but will probably buy full bedroom set as well as quality, design and prices are all...well I would say honest is the best way to round it up. So very happy 😊

Not too bad. Some pressure to buy, but expected that, as so close to xmas. Ended up purchasing with a reasonable deal and delayed delivery which is what we needed, with a promise to match price if cheaper in sales. Salesman offered real advice that mattered and was very helpful when we explained what we needed and when.

You know what you're going to get here, good variety of furniture and reasonable quality. However, no need to bring your shadow as you'll be provided with one as you walk in the door. If you're someone that likes to browse and take your time then you might find a salesman around every corner a little too much.
