N. H.We are a small primary school in Dorset and needed guidance for replacement classroom chairs and tables. We contacted Westcountry Group and Miles came to the school several times, bringing sample furniture and explained all the options regarding table frames/table edges/colour choices/robustness, etc. Once we had finalised our choice, we were really pleased (and relieved) that Westcountry Group proved best value so were able to proceed with them and ordered 290 chairs and 75 tables. We opted for the supply, deliver, remove and recycle option which meant that a team of lads turned up on delivery date and removed all the old classroom tables and chairs and then put all the new furniture into the rooms, removed the packaging and left everything in good order. Our Headteacher, teachers and pupils are all delighted with the new tables and chairs. The whole administration process with Westcountry Group was smooth (quote, order, delivery, etc.) making my life as a School Business Manager straight forward. Their customer service is excellent and I can highly recommended them.

The two particular advantages of dealing with them is the efficient draw down of supplies from one single order - delivery following a quick phone call and before you know it, it has arrived!
Secondly, when ordering furniture, it may be flat packed, but the team will build it for you and remove all the packaging. An fabulous service - no missing screws or shelves to worry about and the office is built in no time at all - all with a smile too!
If you haven't tried these guys yet, then don't leave it too long before you do - you won't regret it!
