B. L.Ordered a large Keter rattan storage box before I read some very negative reviews. I needn't have worried. Excellent service. The product arrived swiftly and well package. It took less than an hour to assemble following very clear instructions. All you need is a crosshead screwdriver. Highly recommended.

We ordered an allibert Rosario garden patio set - right in the middle of a Bank Holiday - it arrived on the Tuesday after the Monday bank holiday - yodel were excellent - unfortunately I cannot even put in a light bulb ! so flat packed assembly was a bit of an issue ! However - a happy ending , a friend well versed in assembling flat packed furniture , did the business in no time at all . The results were first class . Garden furniture , great quality . Thank you all at gardenstoredirect .

R. W. T. M.Read a lot of the reviews, although there were a number of complaints regarding delivery and returns, decided to go for it as buying a hot tub during the pandemic has proved very difficult due to lack of being in stock.
Payment was very smooth and clear , sent a message querying delivery dates and got a response the same day.
Hot tub was delivered by Yodel so was able to track progress. Hot tub was delivered in two working days from order.
Box it came in had no sign of any damage and hot tub was immaculate. Have used it every day for the last few days... no issues yet, very pleased.
