Amazing place to go too, having tried all the usual suspects, we were advised to go check out Natuzzi Editions from my parents. Who also have an amazing sofa or two from here. From the moment we went in, we were well looked after by all the amazing staff members. After looking around we sat with Gabrielle who helped us pick our bespoke sofa to what we really wanted and dreamed of. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped at every stage of buying and choosing the sofa. Every aspect of the sofa can be configured to what you want and that's what we did, the overall design, the recliners, shape, stitching, leather, grades of leather and colours, even the sofa feet! We have OUR family sofa, what we wanted and more. No other company could offer the same! Delivery was quick and easy both the guys who came were amazing and efficient and again couldn't be more helpful. Now we have the sofa in our house its even better than what we imagined and I cannot thank the family at Natuzzi enough for our bespoke and perfect sofa. We highly recommend every aspect of Natuzzi Editions Preston and will continue to recommend to all friends and family. Wish you guys the best and Thank you.

We visited the Preston Natuzzi Editions store in October last year, and were delighted by what we found......a fabulous showroom packed with so much choice, coupled with a relaxed atmosphere. We found Daniele to be knowledgeable, extremely patient and not at all pushy. We were doing the rounds of sofa stores, but were so impressed we placed an order there and then! No delivery delays despite Covid/Brexit, and they were even happy to store our sofas whilst we waited for new carpets to be fitted. The delivery process was smooth, and we are absolutely delighted with our purchase. This place is a real find - pay them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

We visited the Preston store on Saturday 17th April. As soon as we walked through the door we was greeted by a lovely lady who offered coffee/tea on entry and explained how the showroom was 3 floors. On look round we were amazed by the settees, chairs, sofas on display each product had an excellent finish on them, even better to touch and oh so comfy. We got speaking to Dan who listened to exactly what we wanted in terms of size, material, style. He quickly came back with 3 examples and showed us to them, each ticking every box we asked for! We opted for a 3 seater velvet grey and a mustard chair in velvet also! To truly understand the quality of Natuzzi furniture you really do have to experience it yourself, because my god was they comfy & soft but most of all was so stylish and modern that just looking at them you could tell they oozed class. It's true what people say, you should always have one room in the house that's you're favourite and you look forward to after a long hard day at work, and thanks to Natuzzi they made that possible. I look forward to the many hours I'll be spending relaxing in my settee & chair, can't wait to show them off to family and friends. Thank you again Natuzzi Preston!!

Lovely sofa and it arrived earlier than the anticipated due date, which was a plus. Service in store and via all correspondence was very polite and professional. Only minor issue - when the sofa was delivered we were left to dispose of the packaging ourselves. Otherwise - all good.

We have shopped at the store before and had excellent service and advice, and due to this and the quality of our furniture, we have shopped there again recently. The store is a pleasurable experience and very relaxed. Lots of samples and designs to see, nothing like seeing and feeling, as opposed to internet shopping for such items. No high pressure sales people here! Gabriella and Daniele are very helpful, and seem to genuinely want to support you and to help you to make the right choices. Daniele even came out to our home to check on sizes at our last purchase. This was so helpful, as we would have probably misjudged things. During our recent purchase of some stunning sofas and chairs, we were given so much useful information, they are so knowledgeable about the product. The experience from initially visiting the store, through to having the furniture delivered and unpacked was faultless ,despite the problems with Covid 19, we were kept informed via regular e mails. We are delighted with our lovely furniture. We would not hesitate to shop at Natuzzi Preston again for many reasons. We would highly recommend the store and the service. Today we received our Natuzzi Editions 2 and 3 seater sofa, 2 swivel chairs and rug from Daniel at Natuzzi Editions in Preston. To my pleasant surprise it arrived 4 weeks early and the whole process and the service we received from Daniel and his team has been outstanding from start to finish. After the initial order we had second thoughts about the colour and Daniel and his team were so patient in helping us make the right decision. Delivery was very efficient and the lads who delivered the furniture were very professional and built the furniture for us so we did not have to do anything. The furniture is not only beautiful but the quality is outstanding and offers very good value for money and I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel and his team at Natuzzi if you are looking for quality furniture.

Initially saw a Natuzzi Audacia (Timido) on the John Lewis website, by chance I rang Natuzzi in Preston in to see if the delivery time was any quicker for the same sofa, it wasn’t, but it was 40% cheaper!! The sofa is exquisite, such high quality. The service I received from Daniele second to none, Gabriella is gorgeous. I highly recommend a visit to Natuzzi in Preston.
