Had an issue with an order i made online. Called into the Deepdale store and dealt with the manager, Naz. He was very helpful and sorted everything for me. He is a credit to the company! Highly recommended 👌

Lovely show room and just bought what looks to be a smashing sofa. Lovely gentleman, turned out to be the store manager, walked us round, listened to what we said and showed us some options to try - third sofa we sat on was the one for us. Service was brilliant, they took care of the people in the show room regarding safety in these times of Covid. Would recommend a visit to the store if you're looking for a new sofa.

Great store. Easily located. Great staff. Didn't chase me around the store. Staff members H and Naz were very helpful. I didn't feel crowded or pestered and they were available whenever I needed them. Very happy customer.

Greeted, welcomed to the store by the sales person. We only popped in having been impressed by one of the sette's at the front of the store. Clean and spacious. Sales person was non pushy but informative. We'd visit again before making any purchase elsewhere.

Nice store, well set out. Aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Staff friendly but not in your face and not pressuring you either. Some gorgeous suits, sofas and furniture. Well worth a visit. Just didn't see anything that I liked to buy ☹

Just bought 2 reclining settees from here and can't stress enough how helpful considerate and friendly Hamayoon Zeb was. It was one of the best experiences we have had when buying furniture and would certainly return in the future. The store felt very Covid safe and we were very happy, Unfortunately delivery is not until January for the items we wanted, so hope everything else runs as smooth...which I'm sure it will. Thank you Zeb keep up the good work.

Well worth a visit every thing you need for the lounge or dining room. Purchases a dining table few yrs ago. Kept well still looks great regular cleaning & polish. Would buy from here again

We visited the Deepdale store after work on Thurs and was greated by Ian. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient helping us choose our new rustic Oak furniture. We felt very relaxed with a lovely cup of tea and no pressure to buy was shown. The choices and styles were amazing and we ended up purchasing four items including TV stand, two side boards and a beautiful Oak display unit. we are sure that we will be very happy when we have it delivered. Oh nearly forgot, we also got a Free mirror as well. Thanks again Ian and we will definately recommended you to all family and friends.

We came here looking for a full downstairs set up of furniture after being flooded with Storm Desmond. We found everything we needed with wonderful help from the staff. While we were setting up payment a second member of staff helped entertain our 2 young children. There was a small issue with payment being taken twice but the staff called me about it before i had even notice and held up their hands and it was resolved within 24hours. I have since been back to the store and furnished my bedroom too. Although its nit cheap it is fantastic quality and im very happy with everything i purchased

On 31st January 2016, we went browsing and purchased 3 items of furniture for our lounge which was having a complete make over. They were down for delivery on 1st April, but as the room was ready earlier than expected I rang to bring the date forward. I was offered today (yes Good Friday) and told that we would be given a 3 hour slot the day before which they confirmed by e.mail. Two excellent delivery men, arrived at 10.30a.m. with my wonderful new furniture. I am highly delighted with the whole experience of Oak Furniture Land, from the purchase to the delivery. Cant recommend highly enough.
