Received my new unit yesterday. Really pleased with the service and new unit is perfect would definitely recommend

Took a little while to sort out price (I made an error in the order but then did have to chase up a couple of times) then to arrange delivery (as one item awaiting stock) but having received my oak dressing table, mirror and stool, a large oak bookcase and oak unit I couldn't be happier! Excellent quality and expertly packed to prevent any damage in transit. Overall - fantastic!

Great Price and Delivery! I had been looking for a specific type of furniture, and visited many showrooms without success. I went on line and found what I was after at the Cotswolds store, and then had a trawl round the web, and found Oak Solutiom, who were nearly half the price for the same furniture! Placed the order and took delivery 10 days or so later. Seamless from start to finish at an amazing price.

I purchased an item I thought was a dresser and mirror. In reality this was just a mirror. The team at Oak Solution realised this might have been a mistake on my part (from recent experience) and delayed the delivery of my item and emailed me. I did not pick this email up and later cancelled the item citing delivery delay and communication issues. After speaking to the business further, it was evident this was my error and they were acting responsibly. They were professional, used common sense and I respect their thoughts around customer care.
