Zak at designer sofas Reading was great. Genuinely nice guy who wasn’t pushy for the sale, patient and personable. The furniture is more expensive than the likes of DFS but it’s quite clearly better quality. Happy with our purchases and look forward to when they arrive. Would recommend the shop and staff.

Really happy with our order from Designer Sofas in Reading. Rafique was super helpful and even took a module out of the sofa in the showroom so we could see it in real life in the size that we wanted it in. Not only that but he gave us some fabric samples to take home for a few days so that we could compare and contrast and see which one looked best in our living room and be happy with our choice of colour. Raf was very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the differences between each sofa and what features were available in one vs others, which made narrowing down our decision very easy - very valuable given how many sofas there are to choose from! Thanks a lot and would recommend this store.

Wow, what amazing customer service. We were met by a friendly gentleman “Zak”. He understood our requirements and measurements. Offered us a range of solutions for our room. Never felt pushy in any form of a way. But helped us make the decision to purchase a lovely Corner sofa and dining table. Would highly recommended Designer Sofas in Reading.
