AOK Kitchens are brilliant, Matt is friendly, knowledgeable, creative and above all, patient, despite the number of designs and alterations we went through to get the kitchen we had dreamed of! We even had a last minute change due to our builder having to change tack at the last minute, but that was not an issue for AOK even after the order had been placed with the manufacturer. Matt came up with a solution, came out to take necessary measurements and sorted it, brilliant! The quality of the kitchen units is excellent and the fact that you can have a custom colour and bespoke elements is something that not many places can offer you without paying a lot more. We used AOK for the fitting too and that was brilliant, could not fault it. Have recommended AOK to anyone looking to get their kitchen done and will do so again and again.

We recently updated our existing kitchen with a new quartz worktop from AOK kitchens. The whole experience from the first visit to the showroom to the installation of the worktop was faultless. Matt was very helpful in understanding our needs and was totally on our wavelength of what we were looking for. The communication was brilliant from start to finish. We are 100% happy and would definitely recommend AOK kitchens.

Such a fantastic find. We went to all the well known companies, like Wren, Magnet etc and not one of them came close to Matt’s quality design and price. We couldn’t have been any happier with the way our kitchen turned out. Quality of our units and prices for all of our appliances were all competitive, no over pricing at all. Matt is very professional and so nice to deal always making you feel comfortable helping with ideas. Carpenter Pete who fitted the units was also superb. If I ever need another kitchen, I would go to AOK first. We looked at Wickes, Wren, DIYkitchens, Ikea, but none of them came close to our experience from AOK. From start to finish Matt has been such a lovely person to deal with, and all of our random requests have never been any hastle for him. The quality of the cabinetry and worktops are first class, you definitely get what you pay for, and most importantly we always found ourselves leaving their showroom with a smile on our faces. Simply brilliant. Matt Burnard at AOK Kitchens, has not only designed us an amazing kitchen, but has delivered the installation in an exceptional, thorough and professional manner. The quality of the Eggar units and worktops is phenomenal and that is just where it begins. Pete the kitchen fitter and Steve the electrician, (experts working in association with AOK) prepared and installed the kitchen in a professional, sound and friendly manner by two experts who are clearly at the very top of their profession. The appliances that were recommended and purchased from WAD Appliances, have been excellently fitted and work superbly. I am full of thanks and praise for a team effort, (in difficult and challenging circumstances, ie during COVID-19) that has totally blown my wife and myself away. I could not have asked for any more from any of the team involved. I would wholeheartedly recommend AOK and their associated tradesmen to anyone who quite simply wants a top kitchen, supplied, fitted and completed in the most thorough and brilliant manner possible - Well done and thanks for everything Team AOK !

We had our kitchen fitted approximately two and a half years ago. We spent a great deal of time with Matt in the planning stage to make sure that we got all the details right and Matt was very patient with us. Each time we visited the showroom, he demonstrated honesty, humour and total professionalism. We proceeded not only with the kitchen design but also with the recommended kitchen fitter that AOK use. Everything went very smoothly and we were very pleased with the result. The appliances were supplied by AOK through another Company and were also included in the fitting. Unfortunately, we recently had a problem with the combination tap which broke. I spoke with Matt to check if there was any warranty applicable. Again he dealt with this very professionally, contacting the company for an immediate replacement. I would like to highly recommend AOK as it is refreshing these days to deal with a Company that ‘does what it says on the tin’. The after-sales has been exceptional which is very comforting to know. Well done AOK and a very special thank you to Matt. You can buy with confidence.

I am very happy with my new kitchen from AOK. The build quality of the cabinets is very good and I particularly like the fact that the insides of the cabinets colour match the outsides rather than just being the white offered by Wren and the likes. Matt was very good in his designs and keeping us informed. Pete did a fantastic job in fitting the kitchen to a standard that exceeded my expectations and was a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend AOK. I certainly feel as though I got a kitchen as good, if not better than Wren, but at a far cheaper price.

Matt, the owner of AOK , but also a proficient designer, was able to listen to and understand what are requirements were. With a bespoke kitchen it is in the detail which often matters. The units supplied by AOK are handmade in England, and of exceptional quality. His team of tradesmen were employed and a special mention must be given to Pete, who fitted our kitchen to an exemplary standard. Matt deserves all the accolades given to him.

From the beginning to end of the process, they were perfect. The initial design phase was clearly laid out, but not pushy in their sales approach, the excellent craftsmen they utilised were of the top drawer and the choice of their choice of cabinets etc were better than we had even imagined. Like most people, we shopped around looking at kitchens for quite a while before deciding to go with AOK. There are a couple of reasons for our choice. The first has to be Matt, who is not your typical salesman who is on commission for each kitchen he sell's ! This makes such a difference. Matt listened to what we wanted and designed the perfect kitchen for us. There was never any pushing of expensive "add ons" which, unfortunately, is what you get with the larger kitchen suppliers. Everything is designed around what you want and not what they want to sell you. The personal service we had from Matt was second to none. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. His in-depth knowledge of kitchens really is outstanding and It really was a pleasure dealing with him. The second has to be the quality of the units supplied. Solid doors with solid back panels on all of the units. Not a flimsy hardboard back panel in sight !! Our neighbour was so impressed with our new kitchen that they also ordered from AOK......After having our large dream kitchen fitted, we decided to down size our property ! The kitchen in our new house also needed to be replaced. The obvious choice for us was AOK Kitchens again. We are amazed that Matt managed to make our very small kitchen look and feel so much bigger ! Every inch of space was used resulting in yet another fabulous creation. Thanks Matt, we can't praise you enough for the superb service that you gave us.

I would definitely recommend AOK to anyone wanting to install a top quality kitchen at a good price without feeling pushed or pressured into it. From design to installation everything went smoothly and to time. The tradesmen provided by AOK were all polite and efficient. They arrived on time, worked solidly, cleaned up after themselves and left everything spic and span. Lovely to see tradesmen who spend the day actually working and valuing you as a customer rather than constantly on the phone lining up the next customer. Working with Matt at AOK gave us a new approach to our kitchen and the space we had to work with. He suggested alternative ideas but ensured our 'must haves' were also included. This resulted in design that surpassed other larger brands in the area featuring unique and space efficient solutions for our family. I expected that commercially an independent would not be able to compete financial with the large business however I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was it comparable but the luxuries we wanted were also included as standard, again switching my own thoughts and secured Matt and AOK with the work. Secondly, Matt then suggested and recommended local fitters who he would manage removing the project aspect from ourselves, which saved us a lot of time. The end result is a bespoke kitchen and dining area, complete with luxury items and full project management costed to better the competition. He easy-going approach, relaxed consultation and quick responses meant this was a pain-free process for me and the family. Cannot recommend him and AOK enough. Matt R

Love our kitchen , units very well constructed, Matt gives plenty of choices in design , colour and uses . We had Quartz worktop fitted by GKS Ltd , local business very professional , fitters and surveyor friendly and polite Worktop looks amazing , all arranged by Matt as was our kitchen fitter Pete who did an excellent job kept us involved all through fitting , he was always cheerful and tidy throughout. Having gone to the big boys first wren included we liked only dealing with Matt who as he says himself never has problems only answers and we did put this to the test .

No glitz and glamour showroom but a highly functional display with talented salesroom staff that engage with you and let the product sell itself. No pressure tactics and sensible pricing with the ability to see your new kitchen and any modifications on your monitor from many angles. Don't be fooled by the external appearance of the company, this is really a highly professional service with little in the way of adverse comment. I recommend this company and have no links other than being thoroughly impressed.
