I love the fact it was already assembled and very well packaged. So all I had to do was unwrap and I was able to use it straight away.
I am pleased with the table size, it fits perfectly in my living room. The colour is ever so slightly off what I wanted, however this is to be expected sometimes with wood and pictures on the internet. However I am going to finish it off to match my dinning table as I have some wax left over.

A. 1.Just bought a dark oak coffee table and coffee unit from these guys. Lovely units, clearly crafted with skill and care, look great, packed really well and quick dispatch.
A bit of feedback, XDP are rubbish couriers and attempted to deliver the items at 12:34am (thats half past midnight) and i got the alert for that delivery the day after they tried to deliver. New Forest, please use more professional couriers

S. P.Communication is perfect. We sent a query and the lovely Emily was very helpful and clear, timescales were given and all changes were addressed.
We ordered a piece and requested some minor changes that suited our requirements. Ordering during lockdown was a potential risk but they met their 2 week timescale and informed me it was with the courier. When the courier failed to give us an update, they kindly offered to chase on our behalf as they were monitoring the delivery from their side.
I cannot recommend them enough and my family and friends are sick of seeing my new TV stand. I am in love.

I received plenty of feedback from New Forest Rustic Furniture and Shopify and the carriers so I knew exactly what I was getting and when it would arrive. When it arrived, only 1 day after collection, it was exceptionally well wrapped up in bubble-wrap and tape marked fragile so I knew it would be undamaged. Once unwrapped the unit looked exactly as I expected from the photos on the website. We are very pleased with the unit and would happily use New Forest again.
A. s.I have recently purchased 3 pieces of furniture from this company. The customer service from start to finish has been excellent throughout. My initial phone call to place the order was dealt with in a polite and helpful manner. I requested some bespoke sized floating shelves to match a TV unit I had ordered. The sales lady made a note of my request and confirmed this could be done. After making my order all the correspondence that followed fully informed me of delivery etc using a tracking system. The items were made and delivered in under a week.
The only negative thing was the items arrived in the back of a lorry being driven by one person. The weight of the items meant he was not able to carry it himself and needed my help. This not the fault of the furniture company.
The goods were protected in several layers of bubble wrap avoiding any damage during transit. Very impressed with the packaging.
The goods themselves are excellent. Solid bespoke items freshly smelling of varnish. They look great in the house. Very impressed and pleased with the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company. I initially bought some shelves and a TV unit. I was that impressed, the following week I ordered a HIFI unit.

However, I've knocked a star off because the packaging it came in was terrible - a huge pile of bubble wrap that I couldn't re-use. It's utterly ludicrous to use that much single-use plastic when layers of cardboard or other recycled or recyclable material would have done the job just as well or better. Please make that option available (or just standard) in the future - there really is no excuse not to. I've dealt with lots of furniture deliveries recently and none of them was anywhere near that bad. Stop it!
