The Benson's delivery team delivered my King size Ottoman bed & Mattress ,which consisted of several huge boxes up four flights of stairs to my Flat, without any fuss or hesitation. The total weight of this delivery must have been well in excess of 150kg. Fantastic Bed , Fantastic delivery, Benson's really excelled. Would highly recommend their services. Andy.

Janette at the Stoke store was extremely helpful with the purchase and Pam with the after sales care problem. I would have given a higher score but the customer service helpline was awful to deal with slow to resolve a broken door issue and totally unhelpful ! Fortunately for us Pam from Stoke store intervened to help.

Leigh, who served me, was polite and very patient as I explained what I was looking for. He showed me various options and different fabrics. I'm usually someone who likes to wander around by myself but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. He understood immediately and I ended up buying on the spot. Having tested a few mattresses too, I managed to leave my mobile phone on one of them but after someone called him, he took the trouble to look up my email and let me know. Visited today. Great choice of beds. Tom staff member really helpful he knew the answers to all the questions about each bed I looked at. I certainly looked at a number Eventually I made my choice. Tom completed the sale for me and has explained how the delivery process works. 4 weeks time I’ll get my new comfortable bed. 🤞

Delivery persons didn’t wait to unwrap or even wait to see if there was any damage to the items. Which there was! Plus part of the order was incomplete and/or missing vital parts which is unacceptable.

Went to shop for my bed here. Found and bought one after almost an hour of testing out all the diffent selections and ranges. Hubby and I had a lovely and relaxed experience. Spacious and clean shop with friendly & helpful staff. While i was upstairs i noticed that they have a lift so, pushchair & wheelchair access, no problem . Large parking space is a plus.

We brought a new mattress from here at the end of December but it was too hot and not very comfortable, we informed lee who told us we had to wait 40 days to swap it , we went back in after the 40 days and Leigh was very helpful in getting us a replacement which arrived on time we are now happy customers

After visiting 20 different shops and having sales staff just talk figures rather than products and benefits we stumbled into bensons for beds on festival park in Stoke and were served by Kayla, she approached us just to greet us which my wife doesn't like but I work in sales so I know that's what companies expect their staff to do, we were left to browse at our leisure and once we had a few questions we approached Kayla. It was a very pleasent experience, her product knowledge was excellent and if she didn't know something she made sure to clarify with one of her colleagues which I liked as it meant we were getting the best service possible. We only wandered in for a quick look as we had a pre expectation that it would of been expensive, Kayla helped us find the perfect bed. Kayla wasn't pushy at all and we felt valued as customers. We had previously been to dreams, ncf living which were abysmal, they were more interested in talking figures instead of helping us find what we were after. Kayla also explained the benefits of having the protection plan and it was a no brained. Can't wait to take delivery of the new bed and thanks Kayla! If you ever leave bensons and want to stay in sales, drop me a line!!

Ordered bed and headboard should have come early October just the headboard arrived and mattress topper no bed four more delivery slots each one cancelled if it was not fir the shop manager we would have had no bed to sleep on for 8 to 10 weeks because the distribution centre and customer service did not give a dam about our order
