Having just taken delivery of our Duckpaddle swing seat, not only does it look good and is extremely comfortable, it is also a piece of real craftsmanship. We have been very impressed with James and Becky especially in these difficult times of COVID-19. James delivered and installed our swing seat himself. This company is second to none and I would certainly recommend them. A small family business, the workmanship is excellent and they pride themselves on their customer service, which was certainly proved to me recently. We had a rustic swing seat from them just over 10 years ago, which I loved. This suddenly broke up in the Autumn and I immediately went on their website and reordered another. Unfortunately I did not check it properly and on arrival it was not like my original one and I was deeply disappointed. However James & Becky quickly responded to my email, promising to help. A few months later (we live on the South Coast so were happy to wait until Jame’s could fit in with a trip down south) and James has personally come down and changed the swing to a rustic one (which I don't think they even make anymore!). Our recent purchase of the Rose Pergola is at the bottom of our garden and it looks amazing. It was easy to put together, is very sturdy and quality excellent. We also got the planters and they too look great and are a really nice shape. The removable table on the arbour is a must for resting a cup of tea taking in the morning sun. Delivery was excellent too, it arrived at exactly the time the delivery man gave us. Thank you Duck Paddle.
