It is amazing that you can design what you want down to the millimetre. There is a good choice of finishes and the one that we chose is excellent. Of special note is the discussion with the design consultant to go though every measurement and every aspect of the design. As a result of this discussion, a number of changes were made which, although minor, made a significant difference to the look and practicality of the final solution. Unfortunately, a number of panels were damaged in transit but, without question, the damaged items were replaced in very good time - considering that they were bespoke panels. Thoroughly recommended.

I went for the full self design and installation deal and really enjoyed the whole process. The Fittingly team were really responsive and helpful throughout. There were some small issues and the team sorted them all out promptly. It was a lot more work than I anticipated but I did have quite a large installation. I learnt a lot and I'm sure I could do a better job if I did it again ;-) I'm really pleased with the end result and I think they look fantastic. So much storage!

I recently designed wardrobes, cupboards and a desks with the Fittingly design tool. The whole experience from design, consultation, delivery and pre/post telecom and email service was excellent. The product/build quality is first class and has made a dull room, into a room with a class finish. Love, love, love my new wardrobe! Website had tonnes of choice, was very easy to use and personalise. Designers were amazing, talked everything through and had loads of great suggestions. All of the staff were brilliant, Holly answered my endless questions with amazing patience! Rich the fitter was friendly and efficient, and the wardrobe actually fit perfectly in the space with no need for messing around. Couldn't recommend the company highly enough, we will be using them again for other rooms in our house!

Had a fitted walk in wardrobe. Design process was quick and all done online. Designer was methodical and great. Installation was organised efficiently. The install itself was superb. Had some panels that needed reordering, and Fittingly sorted it within a day with delivery next morning. Exceptional experience and product. Fully recommend.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. I liaised with Amy who had all the time in the world for me during the online consultation. My measurements had to be precise. Amy helped me tweak some of the measurements and I must admit that I did have a few sleepless nights but I was worth it in the end. Fittingly transformed our bedroom. Best think about it all is it is all made to measure. The fitters took 2 days to fit the units but there were a lot of wood. It all came out perfect. Can't thank everyone at Fittingly enough.

Initially I thought this would be a great product as I really liked the online tool and all the customisation options available, however we've been plagued by issues with our £4000 fitted wardrobe. We paid to have the wardrobe professionally fitted rather than putting it together ourselves. The initial order and design call went well, but after they told us a specific day when the wardrobe fitter would be coming to fit it all day and I'd booked it off work well in advance, they then the day before changed the fitting date. When the fitter did come he told us he wouldn't be able to finish the job in a day, wasn't sure why they told us it would be 1 day, and needed to come back again the next day. One the second day of fitting and another day off work, less than 12 hours after the wardrobe was 'finished' the lights stopped working. This meant having to have yet another day off work for the fitter to come back, cut all the sealant, damage my ceiling and fix the lights. We noted when originally fitted that one of the sliding doors was slightly warped but was told this wouldn't impact the running of the wardrobe. Since this fitting in May, within 3 months the door is now so warped that we can't even slide the door open to access our clothes as it bashes into the internal uprights. 2 stars as even if it doesn't work the wardrobe looks nice! EDIT: this has now been fixed and is working properly. the fittingly customer service team have been great

Everything was so simple and handled with great professionalism right from the initial enquiry, through the design stage to the final delivery. The assembly and fitting instructions were easy to understand. I took my time and had help from my wife when two pairs of hands were needed. I’m so happy From design by Emma who helped me every step of the way to fitting by Dale the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. It was exactly what I wanted, fits perfectly into the space in a small spare bedroom and will hold at least twice as much as the free standing wardrobe that went there previously . From the moment I started designing my wardrobe on the Fittingly website the experience was a joy. I had a very specific wardrobe in mind from a hotel I'd stayed in London. The design consultants were so helpful in achieving what I wanted and the end result was fantastic. I paid to have the wardrobe fitted, which I highly recommend. The fitter (Dale) did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the service, the delivery, the minimal packaging, the colour choices, the design tool, the customisable options and the cost... basically chuffed to bits with my wardrobe! The handles in the pics were my own which I sourced of Etsy and which the fitter kindly fitted for me. Thanks to all involved!

We needed a solution for our home office to provide a good workspace as well as sufficient storage. Thankfully we found fittingly. The online design process is simple yet flexible and after placing the order you get to talk it though with an expert to make sure you've not done something stupid. Not super cheap but you get what you pay for. The units are all of very good quality and are simple enough to put together and fit.

We needed fitted wardrobes and drawers for a new bedroom in our loft conversion. Our only concern with Fittingly in the beginning was that we had to take the measurements and also work out what we wanted. We looked at the videos on the Fittingly site and took some basic measurements and started working out our design. Almost immediately Marty popped up on 'chat' and began to give us advice as and when we needed. Having got close to finalising our design the price was immediately available online and we contacted Sharps for a comparison. They sent round a salesperson and would also have had a surveyor check the measurements if we had wanted to go ahead but that is a service that you definitely pay for! Taking the fitted option with Fittingly they were half the price of Sharps even after the Sharps salesperson had called her manager and "secured a 70% discount for us providing we made our decision that day"! No such pressure with Fittingly who were so patient as we continued to go in and out and make adjustments and email and 'chat' with them. We placed the order on the 23rd Jan and it was delivered flat-packed on the 6th March and installed by Tim on the 9th March and completed in one day, though he had to work until 6:30 pm to do that. The end result was exactly as we wanted and at a price that we could afford. Highly recommended.

I must admit I was very nervous about using an online company but their communication and help far surpassed all others I was contacting. I ordered some storage for my awkwardly shaped bedroom. I chose Fittingly because of the construction of the furniture using birch ply, which looks better than MDF. The pieces were delivered with minimal packaging (and therefore minimal waste) and was fitted shortly afterwards. The fitter did an excellent job given that none of the walls in my 18th century cottage are square and the floor slopes away from the walls. The end result looks fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Fittingly in the future.

We've been so impressed with Fittingly. We wanted fitted wardrobes that we could fit ourselves and they seem to be the only company we could find that offered this kind of service. We had a double wardrobe fitted. The whole process was well-managed and easy. The web design process was easy to follow and during discussions to finalise we were able to add features (such as adjustable shelf heights) that were not available on the web tool. We were given an accurate delivery date and they were helpful with agreeing a convenient delivery time. We opted for installation and I am glad we did. I don’t think it would have been difficult but Tim did an excellent job and the finishing and fitting to walls was excellent. Tim was polite, friendly and clean/quiet and it was a boon not to have a load of packing to have to bin - environmental and no hassle. Overall excellent.

An absolutely incredible company to deal with. Each of their employees are extremely polite and patient; and at no point prior to the sale was I being pressured into a purchase situation. What is more, I was given the privilege to call to view the products being made and check the quality of wardrobes, hardware and accessories at their factory in Stoke-on-Trent. The quality of all items was definitely 1st class. After placing my order, I was given an approximate time of installation and right on the button, the installation fell within the suggested dates. What's more, the installation fitter, a young man named Dale, was extremely polite, had a positive can-do attitude, and was extremely competent. I now have a set of beautifully fitted wardrobes, produced and installed at a very competitive price. What is there not to like about Fittingly? Fantastic service. I was very worried about having to take my own measurements but was reassured after my consultation with Holly. The wardrobes were delivered wrapped in brown paper - no horrible plastic to try and get rid of. Terry the fitter did a splendid job adapting the wardrobes to fit round existing plug sockets. The wardrobes look fantastic. Substantial and beautifully made and put together. I can’t recommend Fittingly high enough - really pleased I found their website.

We ordered a bespoke made to measure cabinet from fittingly and couldn't be more pleased with the service and the finished product. Communication was clear throughout (despite the covid pandemic), with great personal service from the team. We had a complicated cabinet, but the flat pack instructions were clear and extremely easy to follow. And the finished cabinet fits perfectly and looks great. We would definitely order with them again!

From the easy to use 3D DIY designer tool on the website to the final delivery and installation, everything went perfectly to plan. Even though I had some non-standard requirements due to the shape of my room, the designers worked with me to come up with a design that would work. The finish and quality is much higher than you get with typical flat pack wardrobes but you get to customise them exactly to your needs. I also saved a few thousand pounds over getting a carpenter in to have these made for me. Will definitely use Fittingly again when I need more cupboards or wardrobes.

Wonderfull quality wardrobes. Very well made. What I particularly like is that the back of the wardrobes and drawer bases are of the same material as the rest of the wardrobe and drawers carcasses. The drawers also have a double front. This makes the structure very strong and thus make the product long lasting unlike many products on the market. Delivered at a time convenient to myself and placed in room that i requested.

I used the website to design what I wanted and I appreciated the online chat to help me with minor difficulties and to reassure me that my design worked. The furniture arrived flatpacked within the time promised and the fitter arrived the following day to put it together. We both had concerns that the top of the drawers was not strong enough to support the wardrobe and Fittingly offered to replace the MDF top with one of birchwood plywood. This replacement has now been done and I'm delighted with the finished product and the service I've received.

Fascinating tour of Fittingly manufacturing process this morning. Discovered how they create bespoke designed fitted wardrobes. Witnessed how we can design, colour and install a purpose built bespoke wardrobe for our bedroom. We were very impressed with the ease of design and advise that was available to us from the guys at Fittingly. The website gave us the option of adding or removing items within our requirements which instantly altered the price to suit our budget. We would recommend Fittingly to all our friends and contacts
