Thank you for making the experience of buying out sofa so pleasant. Rob was incredibly helpful, without being pushy. He was knowledgeable about the ranges and materials, and warranties. Nothing was too much trouble and he was clear with the pricing offers, and delivery details. This is the first time we have shopped with Natuzzi but will be recommending you to our friends and family.

What a place Natuzzi is if your wanting a quality sofa or piece of furniture. As soon as we walked in the store you could just tell this was a high end store. We were greeted by a gentleman call Kyle who were very professional, helpful but not pushy which I like. I can’t stand store assistants who follow you around which Kyle definitely didn’t do. However when we wanted to ask him a question Kyle was there to hand. The sofas are stunning in this shop , top quality, unique and certainly a place to visit if you want something special. We ended up spending double our budget but it didn’t matter once we saw the sofa of our choice we wouldn’t settle for anything else. Made in Italy , stylish, enough said. Cheers Kyle, top job . Much appreciated.

We had been looking for sofas for around 4 mths and never been in this store before. We spoke with Kayleigh who was welcoming but not pushy and just chatted with us for a short while and left us to look around. Once we’d seen something we liked the look of, she came over and asked us some questions about what we liked about it and provided us with more options, which in turn caused us to look at other options we hadn’t considered before and therefore deciding to purchase a different sofa entirely. She went through all the terms without rushing making sure we fully understood our responsibilities but also the warrantee etc. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

We visited both the Trafford Centre/Barton Square and Hanley, Stoke on Trent Natuzzi stores. We were in the market for both a 3 piece suit and dining table and chairs. The welcome we received at Hanley by the salesman Kyle was second to none. There was no oresssure to buy and he was helpful in explaining all the ranges and variations of material etc the Natuzzi range has to offer. We made 3 visits to the store before finally deciding to make a purchase which suited us but I also believe was good business for Kyle and the shop. Sadly the Trafford Centre were not so welcoming and dismissive of Stoke on Trent and what they had to offer. I accept there are 2 ranges at Natuzzi, but there is no need to disrespect another area. They suggested there would be a 20% discount on the day but when I enquired on a £3100 sofa I was told they could do £100 off? That’s not 20%. The attitude of the salesperson and lack of integrity around discounts meant we only made one visit to this store. Natuzzi is a fantastic product which I have no hesitation recommending and I would highly recommend a visit to the Stoke store and Kyle for advice around any purchases you are considering.

Great experience along with helpful patient staff. The team have been fabulous, with communication regarding the order process, progress on the items on the order and very supportive in holding our order whilst we finish our extension works. Refreshing and the furniture is absolutely divine and practical.

Amazing, what a hidden gem in STOKE ON TRENT. I am from Burton on Trent and Sofa Utopia is the only place in this part of the midlands to have contemporary sofas and corner suites. Nice staff relaxed well done guys.
