Ordered a Morris Tartan Duck Egg Wingback chair at 1pm on Monday and it arrived by 4pm on Tuesday! Amazing service! The chair is just what I needed - comfy and well made. I would highly recommend.

What is most important is that the wing chair that I ordered is really well made, comfortable and is as described on the website. Secondly customer service couldn't have been better. Artificial Intelligence had mangled my delivery address and I only discovered this after I had sent the order. When I emailed Sloane and Sons to point this out - I had a reassuring response - on a Sunday!! Wow! Thirdly - the chair was well packaged and protected. The legs were easily screwed on and it is simply a great chair. It's neat.

I purchased an Ocean Blue Wingback chair from Sloane & Sons and wanted to share my review of this product. Lovely service from start to finish. Sample within a day or two. Ordered chair on Friday delivered Wednesday of following week. I could choose the day. The ordering and delivery process was very efficient. We found the Angel Chair looked good in our home however it was very firm which we didn't find comfortable. We also found that some of the upholstery was starting to show some signs of 'sagging' on the seat section after just testing it out. If possible I would suggest testing the chair or one similar before purchasing, we ended up having to pay for a courier to return it. I had to liaise with customer services on several different occasions to check my return had arrived, each time to be told they would confirm via email which I never received.

If you're looking for occasional chairs that have something special I would highly recomend Sloane and Sons. I was a little hesitant at not being able to sit in the chairs before buying them but I read the reviews ordered sample fabric and decided to take the plunge. We ordered four Angel chairs. We received; >Fast hassle free delivery of fabric samples. >Speedy delivery of chairs, delivered on the right day. >Chairs as described they give stylish, affordable comfort. >Customer service is also five star. I had a slight issue that was sorted immediately, professionally with no drama. Finally, our Angel chairs do give us a little hug and a smile every time we look at them or sit in them. We love our chairs. :)
