This garden furniture is superb. Solid, heavy and very well made. The delivery guys were very helpful and polite. The communications from the company re: delivery times and updates were not the best. But overall a very nice piece of furniture. Would 100% recommend.

My Dad ordered the circular 1.1 metre table and he's very pleased with it. Comes already treated with a base coat and he's happy with the colour. It's also quite sturdy, with a hole through the tabletop and lower strut so a parasol can easily be fitted and securely fixed. Delivered and assembled at 6.40am, so be prepared for an early delivery if you're local to Stoke on Trent. 5 star product. Comms was a little difficult regarding checking delivery timescale as phone lines were often permanently engaged or on answerphone. Cash on delivery.

Ordered 6 piece dining set on Tuesday 5th April and was delivered this morning 9th April AMAZING 👏 furniture absolutely amazing quality very sturdy & well put together. Beautifully built of quality timber and amazing delivery. However the table legs could do with being say 2 inches taller and the chairs look incongruous with the table. They are a far too heavy design and size. 😊

Brilliant service. We ordered two of the companion sets with removable trays. We liked the style of the chairs and they haven't disappointed. Good build quality at a good price. We ordered online and chose 'cash on delivery' option, which is a great but sadly rare option these days. They were delivered the following day! With regular communication as email, phonecalls and text. Delivery guy was pleasant and very helpful, even after a full day (we were the last drop) and gave us time to check the items over. Packaging free which is an environmental bonus😉

Furniture delivered today by two excellent people. Furniture superb and delighted with it. Company however, terrible in one way: Communications. Telephone always engaged. Answer machine always full up so can't leave a message. Never, or rarely answer emails. Kept checking that I had paid for items which I had done via bank transfer. At one time I thought the company was a scam. Your administration is letting the side down

I looked at this yesterday on line and rang to find out delivery times because of some of the reviews about long delivery delays. I got through to a very helpful lady immmediately who told me it was about 10 days but could be earlier. She also told me if i ordered through the website it was free delivery to my area. I ordered from the website, it was a really easy process and chose cash on delivery. I recieved an email confirming the order , then later in the day i recieved a text saying 'sorry it was short notice but could i take delivery today ' to be honest i was delighted so agreed. We were first on the delivery run which ment a 7am delivery, fine by me as im always up. The delivery guys were very prompt, they were very helpful and polite and carried the furniture through to our back garden. The furniture itself is beautiful. A bargain to be honest. Its very heavy, very solid and beautifully made. It will last years if we look after it. It arrived without any packaging which was brilliant too. We're delighted with the whole service and are considering buying a shed from them now after seeing the quality of the furniture. 5* all the way with this company. Seeing the service we got i can only assume people were having issues during the very busy summer months when everyone wants furniture, or during covid times when it was trying for everyone.

We received our set of a table and four chairs last week and I`m not disappointed. The build quality is very good, the table and chairs are sturdy and well put together but not lightweight so if you`re looking for something easily tossed around this is not for you but my first impressions are that this will last for years with a little TLC from me. My only criticism the inability to contact any sort of customer service after ordering, I was given an estimated delivery date upon ordering then a few days prior to the delivery date I was sent a confirmation text to which I replied but no reply, no one answers the phone or replies to emails so just be aware of this. The product is good but the customer service not so good. I opted to pay C.O.D. which was probably a good decision - no goods, no pay.

Furniture is really good, very comfy and sturdy. Poor Customer Service lets them down. I ordered a 4 chair dining set and the bench, chair and coffee table set. They don't take credit cards so I paid by bank transfer (reluctantly). Delivery took 6 week and the driver was a really nice young man. Unfortunately the coffee table hadn't been put on the van. Driver said he would report and someone would be in contact - nobody did, I had to chase them. I emailed and received a standard response re delivery times. The phones were really busy and mostly engaged, eventually got through after a 2 week wait and after a "discussion" received the table 2 days later. When pointed out the lack of service I was advised that they were busy and she was doing her best, there was nothing she could do and at least people were getting their furniture. Like I said, poor service and you will have to chase them for a delivery date, for an email confirmation of payment and if there is an issue.

Bought a garden bench. Was slightly put off by the company having no online payment option and having to transfer the money directly. But I went ahead anyway. Then I didn't hear from them for about 2 weeks, not even to confirm that payment had arrived correctly. I eventually telephoned and spoke to a young lady who seemed a little flustered, and surprised that I'd rung to chase when they are "really busy". After that I got a delivery date, and then my delivery date got postponed by 2 weeks. No biggie, I can imagine they are hectic and things get dragged out. But having said all that, the bench is well made and looks great, and the delivery driver was a really nice, helpful guy who carried it round to the back of the house for me. So it's a three-star rating for the clunky payment process and poor contact, and a five-star for the product itself and the delivery driver. So we'll meet in the middle with four stars :)

Ordered our furniture at the end of July from a lovely salesman at the Border Union Show. We received the delivery date within the timescale however the furniture arrived without the cushions. The delivery driver advised that the office would be in touch about these as the colour we ordered was out of stock so we’d be offered an alternative. Never heard anything from them so called and left several messages but unfortunately no messages returned. A month down the line we still have no cushions. Seems to be a common complaint that no calls returned so if not all your order is there, think twice about accepting!

We ordered a 6 seater table with 2 benches and 2 armchairs from a charming man on Gt Yarmouth market. Once home I read some awful reviews and we were worried! Rang to check which oils to finish with. Returned call within the hour. Very nice. Helpful (2 reviews sorted) told delivery would be about 2 weeks. Had call and it was 10 days. Delivery driver brilliant. So quick and lovely man. ( other reviews sorted) thrilled with product. Quality superb looks amazing. Thank you so much would highly recommend. X

Delivery guy was absolutely spot on very friendly and efficient nothing was a problem for him. Ordered our furniture from a very nice person at Suffolk Show. After quick part delivery of below standard furniture (cushions were also missing) and eventual contact with friendly staff in the company they agreed full replacement. We received the cushions including a full replacement of the first set of furniture one month later. The next day we received a courtesy follow up call to see all was to our satisfaction which it was. As the furniture is made of pine there will be a few knots. We were recommended to stain and protect the furniture as soon as possible. Which we will. In conclusion after a difficult start the company eventually gave us good after sales customer satisfaction. Just wanted to add a review. Ordered our furniture at Gillingham and Shaftesbury show mid August. Furniture arrived on time and by very efficient delivery man. Really good quality and value. However although we had paid in full to include cushions. We were told that they would be sent separately. Still waiting for them. They have cost us £60 and although I have called the office numerous times noone has called back to explain when or if ever they will be sent. On the whole feeling dissolutioned with companys aftercare service for such a relatively small problem?

The girl in the office was very pleasant and helpful in answering my query about delivery times. Your driver called me before arrived when he said he would and was able to put the table and benches where they are going to stay in the garden. If I could make a small suggestion - a written receipt for payment would be good but as the driver says he cannot leave the furniture with out me paying.. makes sense! Impossible to contact company - phone always engaged and no-one returns calls or replies to e-mails. Nonetheless, my order was delivered on time and looks to be fine. Driver was helpful and made sure everything was in good order. Very poor communications with the head office but a good product.

The garden furniture is really solid and made to.last. I bought two of the director type chairs with the seat pads as an extra. Before I bought chairs and they did not last between 8 and 14 months then i.jad to throw them away. They are not expensive when considering the quality and the prices from other sellers which are mostly inferior to these.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Ordered at Telford shopping centre and delivered in 3 weeks. I was told when I purchased that deliveries were running a little slow up to Christmas but this is understandable and have it in my.garden ready for spring :)
