These guys sell a great selection of sofas and tables for very good prices. I bought a corner sofa and had a change of mind of colour but no trouble at all Stuart was amazing with us said no problem we can change the colour we wanted. Best of it all said delivery would be in April and came 2 months early in Feb ☺️. I also bought a dining table which is beautiful as well and great quality. I highly recommend these guys and will be buying from you again.

Really pleased with my two seater settees, staff are so helpful they don't follow you around the store but they let you browse without any pressure and are there if you need them. Settees arrived well packaged and assembled by the lovely delivery men and delivered four weeks early which was a bonus.

Popped into store today after visiting the sofa triangle of doom near Festival Park, Stoke. The staff were informative and helpful in regard to any questions we'd had. At no point was there any up sell or pressure sales on 'deals ending soon'. A rather refreshing experience given other stores tactics. If you didn't already know Westbridge manufacturers sofas for a number of high street retailers, so essentially you're cutting out the seller but gaining the same product as you would an order in-store. I'd recommend a visit before you've decided to make a payment on a sofa at a major store to see if they can do better, a phone call ahead of time may help delay any hassle incase they don't have the sofa you'd like in the showroom. If you're already from Stoke or the surrounding areas it's a 25 minute drive down the A50 from the main retailers. At the prices they offer and the sofa's on display I'd expect Westbridge to have a better match at a more reasonable cost than you'd expect. VS the retailer price in-store (which we went out and checked prior to purchase) we've made a saving of over 1k on a sofa and foot stool alone.

When my husband and I went looking for a new dining room table and chairs, the first shop we went to was Westbridge Furniture. The staff member in the shop was helpful and friendly. The order process was easy over the phone and I was kept updated of when the item would be in stock and to arrange delivery. I had a table, bench and seats delivered today. The delivery chaps were here exactly at the start of the delivery window. They were really pleasant and assembled the table in situ, even whilst being distracted by my 2 year old! I'm so pleased with the quality of our table, its exactly what we were looking for and was at a great price! The service has been great from Westbridge from start to finish. A special thank you to the delivery chap, who took the time to indulge my son as he wanted to show him his safari costume! I couldn't recommend Westbridge Furniture more!

A well established furniture outlet from sofas corner pieces beds and wardrobes plus much much more. Well built strong and robust furniture all displayed with the large show room. Staff members are friendly they will ask you if you require any help or assistance their knowledge on this furniture is second to none. They do have a delivery service and and they will construct the beds and wardrobes in the rooms required once delivered just inquiring about this.

Amazing service. Popped in looking for a new sofa, Chris was incredibly helpful, got us a tape measure so we could be sure the sofa was the right fit, got us the range measurements as well to ensure we were making the right choice, and got us delivery sorted for only a week away. Such a positive experience with Westbridge. I bought my sofa and my bed for my new/first house and it was delivered today by Chris and Neil and they were excellent. Both were so careful and didn’t leave a single mark on my white carpets!. They set up my bed and even carried my mattress upstairs for me. And set up my sofa for me and I am so happy with both of the items too they’re just absolutely perfect. The service has been amazing from start to finish and I have recommended to my friends! Couldn’t have asked for a better service or better quality of items which I bought. Even the guys in the store are all super helpful and nice. Thank you so much x

No question about there being genuine bargains to be had. Great selection. But I couldn't stay in the shop for as long as I needed to in order to make a considered choice for my sofa because the music was so loud and so awful that I simply could not concentrate. Asked an employee if it could be turned down; he said the manager wouldn't like it if it he did. Well ok, but I'll be leaving your shop because of it. Had travelled 1.5 hours to get there. Seems the music and its volume were there to please the manager alone. God only knows how the poor staff manage to work with it on all day. Horrible.

Westbridge have a fantastic stock of top quality furniture. It's all extremely good quality and well made. It is made to last for years. They deliver it all and put into the room of your choice, exactly where you want it positioned, so there is nothing for you do do your self. I bought a full bedroom of furniture from them and all I had to do was to put my clothes in the wardrobes and drawers. Brilliant.

Bought a bed and mattress but after a few weeks the mattress didn’t feel quite right. The firmness appeared to have gone. After service was fantastic. The manager replaced my mattress and apologised for any inconvenience. I have bought lots from west bridge and I would definitely recommend. Great store and amazingly helpful staff.

Sunday am delivery of bed frame and chest of drawers. Delivery was first class and delivery people very pleasant couldn't ask for more. Delivery time was perfect in fact a bit earlier which suited us better. We have now bought 2 items in the Coniston range plus the bed frame. Having bought numerous pieces from Westbridge over the years, we never buy furniture from anywhere else now. All of the staff, from the guys in the showroom, (Ben and Callum to name just a couple), to the delivery guys (Neil is our regular one) are so, friendly and helpful, and unlike other furniture places not at all pushy. Even during lockdown they went above and beyond in providing a top class service. My recommendation is to always pay a visit to this store, even if you don’t need any furniture. You’ll be guaranteed to come away with something. As I type this I’m sat on a sofa which was delivered from them at 06:50 this morning!! Need a strong coffee!! Thanks guys. 5⭐️‘s well deserved from me!

It's always pleasure to visit this business. The staff in store are helpful and always very pleasant. There's no hard sell but the staff do know their products well. We've had two large deliveries of furniture and on each occasion the delivery time has been notified in advance and subsequently adhered to. The delivery staff are really pleasant and careful. They place the items where requested which is a great help to those of us who can't lift heavy furniture any more. The quality of the pieces is certainly very acceptable, especially for the price. There's a good choice in the store backed up by a first-class website which is easy to navigate and contains all the pertinent information.

Have a lovely range of furniture on 2 floors, was pleasantly surprised just how much there is to offer and at a reasonable price. The staff don't bother you at all not like other big brand companies, if u need help just ask and the advice you get is no nonsense. We came in to look for a bed for my son, he knew wat he wanted and ordered it, was so surprised to find it was available the following weekend for delivery. The second best bit was they put it all together and take away all the packaging. Third best bit is they can take your old bed away for a small charge. Absolutely first class customer service. Had a call the day before delivery to confirm a time slot for delivery for the Saturday. Saturday the guys came when they said, very pleasant and obliging.. bed put together and packaging taken away, top class service. Few days later we went back to look for a bed for ourselves, again no pressure at all. Chose one and was a Saturday delivery again..and exactly the same experience again.... Absolutely impressed with everything, Westbridge couldn't have done anything better, well done to you all. We will certainly come back wen we need anything else.

Had these lovely pieces of bedroom furniture from Westbridge back in October 2020. 2 sets of wide drawers in off white and one sliding door wardrobe with one mirror door and one off white door. All are lovely pieces, well built by the delivery team Westbridge suggested and perfect for our space. In store team were fab in helping us find furniture to suit our room, space and budget. Been everywhere looking at sofas and decided to try and find the factory who make for the likes of John Lewis, Next, M and S and the like ( partly because I could see designs of sofa that I liked, but not in the colour of leather I wanted). A bit of internet detective work led me to this company. in Stoke. Do go and pay them a visit. We have ordered a high street model of sofa to be made in our own choice / colour of leather at pretty much half of what we had seen it the day before in the retailer. We are happy to wait for ours to be made to order, but if you are in a hurry, they have lots of sofas, chairs and furniture made and on the shop floor ready for delivery within a few days. They have fabric as well as leather sofas - lots of choice. Well worth a trip to Stoke - they are just off the A50.

We have just placed our second order with Westbridge Furniture. They have a brilliant set up with a huge choice of designs which you can order at up to 50% of the store price. They make Furniture for M&S, Next and John Lewis to name a few. You have full choice of fabrics and leather's which are made to order at their factory. They also do occasional furniture, dining room sets and beds. The staff are very experienced and will help you find your perfect choice of Sofa. They do have a end of line section for the price hunters, they deliver for a fee and are very reasonable. Please go and try them you will not be disappointed, we never have been.

I found there to be a generous range of stock here, and an exceptional standard of service. Westbridge's staff didn't pester me, but once I had wandered and had a flavour for what was available, those who served me were very helpful. Pretty much every price seemed reasonable, and the quality of furniture and fixtures is very high indeed. Marks and Spencer's manufacturers are a prime source supplier to Westbridge, so that says a lot for the standard on offer. Fair and flexible delivery is also available.

We have used this shop for years now. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, experienced people who cannot do enough to help you. In the same breath they are NOT pressure sales people. They are there when you need them but leave you alone to decide on things. The selection of furniture is brilliant, we have had wardrobes, Dining tables, Drawers and beds from here. Every piece of furniture is solid and no sign of a flat-pack. The items all look as good as they did when purchased, years later - and we have 2 raucous lads in the house so the furniture gets a good test! Also the prices are usually miles better than the chain store style shops around. It can feel like "what is the catch?" - the catch is that the chain stores overcharge you and underpay their inexperienced staff (usually). I like to feel I am putting my money into a local business. The delivery and storage option is second to none, at one phase of purchases we were in the throes of selling/buying a house. The house sale chain was getting like the hokey cokey and the moving date changed at least 4 times. These guys were such a breath of fresh air in it. They stored our purchases and just asked for a week or so notice to deliver to our new address - when we finally got the keys. Not sure about the "bad reviews" on here, I guess there is "always one". We will be shopping here in the future I am certain and cant understand why everyone else in a 50 mile radius isn't as well!"

Sells sofas, dining tables and chairs, coffee tables, living room units, bedroom units, beds, mattresses, rugs, lamps, ornaments and probably many more that ive forgot to mention. The key point is if youre shopping for homeware then visit here. These make the products for Next and sell at a lot lower in price, of course it doesn't always have the full range as I was told they sell the current range non collected orders and older range, but they are good quality, nice designs at a reasonable price.

I love the furniture choice here, however, I have only left three stars as I have ordered two wardrobes in the past 4 years and despite looking after them properly, one drawer has broken and the backs of both of them are bowing. One was fixed at the same time I had the other one fitted which was only a few months ago but the back has already popped back out. I paid almost £1000 for these wardrobes, I hoped they would last longer.

Store is quite large over the two floors with a good choice of stock, however there is a lot in the same style, eg coffee tables with plain tops and the rest painted a light blue. So if that's what you want then I can recommend it.

The sofas are fab, they still look new & are so comfy they have had 3 full bottles of coke spilt on them by grandchildren plus numerous other things but they just clean up like new every time, well done Westbridge. When we ordered our new bedroom furniture from Westbridge, we exhausted ourselves checking out the compition.
