Went SCS to look for new 3 piece suite. John greeted us we entered and was very friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our purchase, we ordered the furniture and a new carpet for our living room. John was there for the whole process, we took out part finance and part cash purchase. I would definitely go back there and recommend them to you. Ask for John he us very knowledgeable and friendly

Popped in to look at prices of carpets for my mother and she ended up buying the perfect sofa set and carpet for her home. We we're delivered with brilliant customer service by a very helpful and friendly gentleman called Wayne who gave great advice in a non pressuring way. Very happy customers all round.

I can only comment on my experience in the store as I have not yet received the sofa (yes - I ended up buying one!!), but I will update this review once it arrives. The shopping experience was great. The store was clean, and the staff were very respectful, knowledgeable without being pushy. In my final indecisive moments I was even offered a coffee, which I drank on the 3 seater I shortly after purchased. Thanks to the staff for their patience!! Service and store get 5 stars, the coffee gets 4 stars. needed more sugar ;)

Very Helpful!! Me and my wife were looking for a leather looking settee, we had tried the competition, without success, but had found one here. The Sales Staff were not pushy and were very pleasant to deal with. They were informative about the settee and explained about the upgrades and after sales products clearly. I went into scs to buy carpet. I was greeted at the door, and down a lot of carpets, there was a lovely choice. I was advised as to what I needed, as the carpet was for my stairs. And they are coming to measure up tomorrow. Couldn't more happier 😊

I was looking to purchase 2 sofa's and I looked online and fancied the Carter 3 & 2 sofa's in Chestnut. As my health is not too good at present I was unable to get to the store to see them so sent my husband to the store to have a look at them and make sure they were comfortable so I could phone and order them. When my husband came home he said they were nice and that he had been chatting to one of the sales persons and that he would give me a ring which he did and went through everything with me and I paid a deposit over the phone and the order was placed. I buy a lot online due to my health but have never bought furniture without seeing it. The gentleman that dealt with my order made everything so easy and it was sorted with no problems. I was well pleased that I had not had to struggle to the store and that I had been able to sit down with a cup of tea whilst placing the order. Well done SCS in Llansamlet for my stress free purchase.

Called in just to look, friendly staff, not at all pushy, very knowledgeable about their numerous products. Sales advisor called Stuart aided us through our fors and against, he was in no way forceful, I have nothing but good to say about him, walked out of the Swansea branch after ordering a new Sofa and coordinating new carpet all on their 0% finance. All in all, a very good experience.

I was generally very pleased with everything at SCS. I have always been very weary and reluctant of sales advisors in shops like this and aware of pushy sales advisors and their tactics. But i have to say I was honestly surprised by SCS. The advisors were never pushy and never tried to hard sell anything. They were courteous at all times and always available for any questions and help. I had no problems or issues what so ever. I was even offered coffee after they had seen me and my partner in the shop for a while. I was offered all that I had needed to know and no information was withheld. I guess the only problem I could say we had was that I wasn't given further discount or offered any offers if purchasing anything further. But overall, a pleasant experience.

This review is based on the service from Wayne the flooring king. (Llansamlet) I’ve had a few issues along the way, with lockdown etc but Wayne has sorted me out every time. Twice I’ve been in when he hasn’t been there and not got very far, I now go back when he is in. Cheers Wayne for the excellent service.

Friendly welcome on arrival from every member of staff we encountered. We dealt with Stuart who was very knowledgeable. After looking around the store we decided to go ahead with the purchase of the Sisi Italia Luca suite which is actually replacing the exact same suite we purchased from SCS five years ago as it is such a good looking, comfortable and high quality piece if furniture. No doubt we will be back in another five years to purchase another and will recommend the Swansea branch to both friends and family alike.

This is difficult we have had a problem with scs and it has taken five months to resolve and a lot of back and four and phone calls but saying all that I can honestly say Wayne David and all the staff are fantastic and they worked hard to resolve the issues we had The issues were nothing to do with quality of the product they are of the highest quality and as I say they worked hard to sort it all out
