Having seen a few beds we liked on the website we went to Swindon to try them out. We were met by Susan one of the friendly staff who showed us the beds we had seen. She kindly suggested we try them out which we did. Susan was very obliging in helping us to choose the right one so we placed an order. We were lucky enough to purchase the bed and extras at very good sale prices and we came out of the store very happy. We now await delivery and look forward to many good night sleeps!! This is the second time we have purchased a bed from Benson's for beds and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Someone came over to help us with in 5 minutes. Even though we thought we knew what we wanted we had helped with the decision and Joanne explained about bed sizes and Mattress's . she did not hurry us to make the decision. We both felt like we had good service as well as good sales/

Just had mattres delivered, turned up between time slot. Driver and mate very, very helpful. Took mattress upstairs and took all packing away with them. So much better, than the last company we had a bed from. Thank you

The headboard fixings don't match up , one side has the holes missaligned, the other side is at an angle , the four drawers divan bases arrived cracked , and it's not due to handling on transportation, it's just cracked , considering how much you are charging for drawers, I am not happy at all. Update. They offered a full refund , the customer service was really understanding, and helpful.

Extremely friendly and helpful from the sale to drop off! They rang me prior to the delivery to update me on the hour it would be delivered, very friendly on the phone and my pregnant partner was at home when it was delivered, she said they were very nice guys and really helpful! They bought it into the house for her, couldnt rate the delivery experience higher! Top blokes! As for the mattress its best nights sleep weve had in ages!

Excellent range of furniture at reasonable prices and very helpful staff well worth a visit. Found that the communication between the local store and the main depot is very poor. Had to eventually cancelled the order placed in September 2018 but wasn't able to deliver until after December. Refund was very slow to be completed by the head office had to chase up the local store to chase the head office. Will never shop at Harvey's again.

Because the men that delivered the bed mucky boots into the house...plus looked at the stairs shook his head and said it won't go up there...! Without even knowing what the delivery was...I had to point out it was a split super king...!!

Helpful staff, super knowledgable on all things bed. Pricey but you can get a great deal for clearance beds, worth shopping around but definitely speak to the staff and listen to what they have to say. We also got more money knocked off the price and a free bed care kit, definitely will come again when we’re ready to replace a mattress
