My wife and I first visited this Swindon store in May 2022 From the moment we walked into the store we were impressed to be greeted by a friendly, helpful, polite and knowlegable young lady, nothing was too much trouble for her. We returned to to this a couple of weeks later. We eventually ordered a new sofa and were advised on costs and delivery dates.. Everything went to plan as we were told. The sofa arrived on time we were told of this arrival date and the delivery crew rang us on the day 30mins before arrival We are very pleased the way the sofa was brought in and assembled by two very friendly men We are delighted with the sofa and the quality is second to none To any body who wishes to purchase furniture go to HSL. Thankyou so much to all at HSL
