Visited the Neptune outlet today and the store looked fantastic. Lovely displays and lots of exciting stock. However the most impressive element was the staff. Jodie and Sophie couldn’t have been more helpful. So bubbly and chatty. Thank you so much. Worth the long drive and highly recommend a visit.

I was trying to source some lighting components for my Henley 5ft dresser unit and Jenny at the outlet was so helpful, by phone and email. Really pro-active and 'can do'. Such excellent after sales service. I have purchased a few other items previously from my local Neptune and the quality of both the products and the staff is excellent. Can't wait to build my new house, which will keep Neptune very busy ! Many thanks and regards.
