Popped into this store on 27th Dec afternoon. Was busy, yet staff remained attentive and polite.. We took a couple of pans off the display, a staff member, offered to look for a new/packaged item in the storeroom. Brilliant attention to detail and service. Thanks 👍👍👍👍

Well stocked. The lady who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had patience as we had two small children with us. She understood my needs and advised accordingly. Lovely store, modern clean layout, everything is easy to look at. Girls on the till were very helpful and friendly. I had a bad back and couldn't reach some bowls on a low level shelf, but they were happy to assist, and showed me an offer I otherwise would have missed and not taken them up on. I was delighted with the advice I received from the attendants at the shop. I was interested in buying a particular knife, but the lady suggested that I try different knives of different qualities using the vegetables provided by the outlet. Entering the shop with some trepidation, I am not the best at executing my wife's shopping directives, I was met by an excellent sales lady. She immediately determined what I needed and what I had been sent in for. Suffice to say, She managed to persuade me to get a different set of saucepans than the ones my wife had selected. Danger I hear you say. with the alarm bells ringing in my head, she assuaged my fears and outlined the benefits of my (her) selection. A higher quality set, more versatility, a little bit cheaper, full stainless steel and a free knife. Impressed, I thanked the staff and paid. Upon return home, my wife unpacked the purchases. I instinctively put the kitchen table inbetween us and the box (just in case a new pan came towards me). I couldn't have been more surprised. I got a cup of tea and a kiss on the cheek. The outcome? For all you husbands that are similar to me - go and see these guys, they are awesome. Their products are outstanding and unlike other shops they will help you find the best deal and products to match your budget and your requirements. Absolutely recommended.

I visired the store looming for a new set of knives. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and i was extremely impressed with the level of knowledge they had regarding the various products they demonstrated to me. Following the demo the staff member recommended the ProCook X50 range of knives as being the best to suit my budget and requirements. Lots of brilliant items at great prices. Staff are friendly and helpful although first time I went was on a quiet weekday and got served straight away, the second was a busy Sunday and although I wasn't the only customer in the shop I had to wait to be served..not because they were all busy but because they were stood in the shop looking out the door at something. We discovered ProCook by accident, and I am so glad we did. I can see it becoming my kitchen store of choice as the quality of everything in the shop is fantastic. I purchased some wine glasses and storage jars. The wine glasses are really good quality,and ring like wine glasses should when we "Cheers", and the storage jars are the perfect size and look like they will withstand a few bumps and bangs. The service in store was also super, with each breakable item being checked before we left the store, and very carefully repacked to ensure there were no breakages on the trip home. All-in-all a very pleasant experience, one that will make me go back should I need anything else.

Visited this store randomly on passing Saturday 5th October. The energy and enthusiasm from the staff is second to none. We were looked after by a guy but sadly can’t remember his name began with a k I think. This guy is an asset to your company very knowledgable and more than happy to help. Due to him we made a number of different purchases, not pushy just interesting facts that I never knew. He mentioned he had been there a while and was well looked after and should think so to. I had searched on line for professional style anodised pans to take to my new home when I moved and really liked the look of the ProCook range. The reviews were very positive, so I had pretty much decided those were the ones I wanted to buy, but decided to take a final look in some stores before I placed the order. I went to Swindon Outlet, and was delighted to discover a ProCook shop there,which meant I could look at all the ranges first hand. I wasn't disappointed. They were exactly as described on the website and looked and felt great. They were very reasonably priced and at the time there was a special offer of a knife included with purchases over a certain amount, which I wasn't really interested in, but the assistant who served me was very helpful and said I could choose an additional pan instead. I also didn't need the largest of the pans, so was able to swap it for a size that suited me better. I was impressed that I was actually able to state my preferences and still get a good deal. I left the shop with exactly what I was looking for. The only downside was when I unpacked my purchases at home and discovered that the lid of the casserole dish was faulty. There was clearly an issue at the place of manufacture, as there was a rivet missing on one side of the handle which should have secured it to the lid. I took it back a couple of days later and it was immediately replaced without question, sadly not by the same assistant who had served me previously, but a rather disinterested young woman who didn't even apologise. It would have been good customer relations to perhaps have offered to pay the parking fee due to me having to drive 40 minutes back to the store. All in all though I'm very happy with the pans and looking forward to using them.

Decided to pop into the outlet centre due to being in the area and so was not really going in to buy anything in particular. However, due to moving house, there were some bits we still needed to purchase so decided to pop in to the pro cook shop and have a look see what there was. The staff were extremely helpful and the stores goods were excellent. The range of items in the store was good and had everything we needed to get with a choice of brands & prices depending on what was required. Would definitely recommend everyone to go and at least have a look as you will be surprised. The 1 year warranty on all goods was also a helpful addition to the sale in the end. From my experience its now understandable why pro cook is one of the biggest kitchenware brands in the UK.

This was so nice of her as I was able to explain my requirements and she picked out just the right products. Visited Swindon Outlet Centre last Sunday and ended up popping into this shop to look for some plates. Really nice shop with good quality items. The Sales Lady was extremely helpful (unfortunately didn't take her name!), so we ended up buying 8 plates, 8 bowls, a timer, a cafetiere and a whole set of pots, pans & saucepans! Thought it was a good price and will definitely go back to buy more china from the same set and maybe even another saucepan!

We visit on a Monday I was pushing Cathy in her wheel chair. We were made welcome in a pleasant and unobtrusive manner. We were searching for a 24cm frying pan to use on our new induction hob. The Manager explained the variety of options and we were happy to select a stainless steel pan. First time I cooked with it results wonderful. Our Experience at ProCook was brilliant. The first time round I decided to add to my chefs knives collection and purchased a pairing knife. The guy who served me was knowledgeable about the products on offer and very helpful. We then returned to the store to purchase a frying pan and the manageress not only applied a 10% discount but served us herself in a very freindly and helpful mannner. Had a great demonstration of how our ProCook Spiralizer worked and helped make our choice of what we considered to be a quality product and useful for our household. The stainless steel design and ease of operation persuaded us to buy it. We were not shown any other products that do the same job, so did not have a great choice of spiralizers. Bit pricey at £27.00 but considering it should last a long time because of it's quality, we feel it was worth shelling out for. We are very happy with our purchase.

I went to Swindon designer outlet and took a look at ProCook and found that the items for sale in the shop were of very high quality and the staff was friendly and helpful!! UPDATE after 5yrs ...they have stopped dong the sturdy silicon spoons :( Not the only reason to drop a star. Bought a set of fairly expensive pans, but they have silly lids (glass and steel) which slip around when stacked. Wife complains they are too heavy, and still prefers the 25yr old John Lewis pans on which the handles are falling off. I spent a (really) long time looking for a rigid silicon spoon to replace my wooden spoons. A few years ago, I was visiting a company in Swindon, and dropped in to the outlet. I was really pleased to find excellent rigid silicon spoons at ProCook, but only bought two. I finally went back for a New Years Day shop with my wife and daughter and bought another three. I can't really give 5 stars on the basis of my shopping experience ('Loved It' is going a bit too far), but the spoons were a great price (if you try and buy online, the price of a spoon is quite high when adding shipping), and the assistant was very pleasant!
