Hi on Friday we have decided to get new corner sofa . We went to Swindon store , Young gentleman who works there helps really quick to find right one for us. Due long time to get new sofas from every store we decided to get what is available straight from warehouse. Order Friday , Monday delivery . Great , Ben thank you for your help .

I visited the store in Swindon and was impressed with the quality and range of sofas on offer. We were extended hospitality and assistance from Ben who then gave us plenty of time to browse and offered to help us when we were ready with any questions. On my second visit with my shortlist of possible styles, Ben proved to have an excellent knowledge of the different options available with the materials and showed extreme patience while I took time to select the matching colours for my lounge. At no time was I rushed or pressurised to make a sale which I very much appreciated. Thanks to the ongoing patient and informative help I received from Ben, I went on to order two sofas and an armchair for which I am now awaiting delivery. I am very happy to recommend you visit this store for very good customer service and a wide range of quality furniture.

The guys in the store are really very friendly and helpful. While I was just wondering around more members of the team asked if I need it any help. Which I found really great and I felt welcomed in the store. I asked help from a young guy, called Ben. And because he was so friendly and helpful I bought the most expensive sofa in my life. :) He was very professional. Told me everything about the sofa. Showed me colours, sizes everything.. I felt in love with the sofa and I can't wait to been delivered to me. Thank you very much guys for the 1st class service!

Shanelle in the Swindon store was brilliant, amazing customer service and very friendly and chatty. Even with a hyper toddler, she was very patient. Our sofa was delivered yesterday, 3 weeks before it was expected which is amazing. The sofa is lovely! Just in time for Christmas, very happy customer!

Good sofa shop, lots of stock, lots of variety. We were helped by Kaitlin who knew the stock and what was where in the store and helped us find sofas that suited us, which would otherwise have meant individually trying dozens. Not to busy when we went. (Sat 2-3pm) A reasonable amount of parking, and has a customer toilet upstairs. You have to be heading west on Wooton Basset Road to turn in.

Just been in to look at a gorgeous sofa and ended up buying it. No pressure sale from an informative, young and friendly blue haired girl called Charlotte. Always preferred sofology to other stores. The quality is much better but the way you're not harressed into buying sets them apart. Highly recommend, both this store and Charlotte.

27 weeks, confirmed delivery date on Monday, on the website it say 15 weeks, i understand why they do this as otherwise they wouldn't sell sofas. 1 month past the estimated delivery date, but a months late is quite late, they need to estimate better or get a confirmed date sooner.

In store purchase was fine no problem at all, after delivery one arm was loose and a snag found in the back cushion cover, obviously there is no quality control from Sofology. Update, immediately contacted by Sofology and a new cover is on order, caller was very good and a resolution will be provided. Amending rating to reflect.
