Their staff are friendly and helpful. However discount is not big enough consider of outlet shop price. Also shows 20% discount, but that's scam poster!! Need to spend over £75 to get that offer.

Great outlet store with variety of products from tefal. It is difficult to find this sort of collection in any other store. Outlet prices are generally great

Good range of products on display although in these times of pandemic, the aisles between the displays are a bit narrow making it hard to observe the dreaded social distancing. At least most customers were wearing face masks

The manager and staff were on point with service and knowledge They managed demanding customers around us well and provided alternatives to what we were looking for and upsold to a set which ultimately was teh best decision The aftercare info was also much appreciated to ensure the pans are kept in the best condition Great team great service will shop here again
