The staff at Furniture Village Telford are the most helpful and informative with no pressure on purchasing.. Over the weekend I had the pleasure of Pete Dawson, very helpful, polite & knowledgeable on the product.. I would recommend them & have done to anybody.. Last time I shopped there I dealt with Carl, he was also amazing & is now the Manager, so congrats to him, well deserved!! 👍🏻

Kerry was the perfect salesperson, she enquired as to what type of item I was looking for, showed me where to look in the store. Assisted me with the lift, gave me time to browse, checking from time to time, but was no at all pushy. I found the item I liked and she assisted exactly as required, polite and helpful at all times. I felt totally at ease and relaxed in making my purchase. Must say, I had been in Dreams 10 minutes before and the experience was entirely different! Will thoroughly recommend Bensons to anyone looking to make a purchase. Kerry was extremely helpful.

Firstly Nehad is a great salesman who was very helpful and consultative in his approach. We were ready to sign for a bed set on finance which was £1,427.00 but was freaked a little when told we needed to pay 10% deposit upfront which was not noted throughout the store. Furthermore, the quote we had did not add up as we were asked to pay over £300 deposit and then £55 a month for 30 months which does not equate to £1,427.50. We went on their website after and found the same set for slightly more in price but with 0 deposit. I would recommend matching your online incentives as not everyone has large lumps of cash upfront especially after Christmas to put down as a deposit. I would also recommend advertising in store that your 0% finance is conditional with a deposit, which is a shame as your online store is taking customers away from bricks and mortar. As I said the service from the sales guy was faultless but unfortunately their online store offers more reasonable purchasing options such as 0 deposit finance.

Staff member Dean was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable gave us a perfect explanation and knew exactly what we were looking for. We received a 5 star service. There was a good range of products. Nice and clean store. Ordering was hassle free. Currently waiting on delivery.

Really excellent service. The shop assistant listened to my criteria and recommended the perfect bed and mattress.
