I've bought several items from this store, and I would recommend them to anyone, Good quality items at affordable prices. Colin is exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The delivery team are very professional too, theyve taken my items to my rooms, which is handy as I suffer with bad back I've even taken my son there who has bought his own furniture there

Went to look for carpet for our lounge , the carpet area was busy and only one guy was serving, Chris on carpets helped us as soon as he could , even though he was busy he was patient and gave us great advice on carpets , we ordered a new carpet which was amazing quality and underlay from stock for a great price compared to other quotes we had and only had to wait 2 weeks for fitting ! I felt a bit sorry for Chris as he had other customers waiting and I must have heard his name shouted 5 times over the loudspeaker that he had a phone call waiting! he gave a prompt and friendly service though!

Recently placed an online order and contacted them regarding delivery. I spoke with Josh who gave the best customer service I've experienced in a long time - returned calls and kept me informed of their efforts to get my item from the manufacturers. Unfortunately despite their best attempts my order couldn't be fulfilled in the timescale I needed. I decided to cancel the order and I was fully refunded within a couple of days. I would definitely look at purchasing from them in the future due to the confidence I feel in their company and how they deal with and treat their customers.

I purchased a bed from here last week it was great value for money really good quality and I must say I love it so comfortable. Brought a mattress from here as we just brought a new bed and we needed one. Great staff and the mattress is really comfy and we get better night's sleep now, the price was good as well compared to other places. The place just needs the roof doing in the bed area.

Visited with the mind of organising Vinyl flooring, wasn't made to feel welcome. Considering they're in the carpet business the flooring was awful, gaffer tape everywhere, stains and looked like hasn't seen a Hoover in months. No customer service skills considering they're sales people didn't even try to offer to come and measure up or offer any help. Even if they are the cheapest I won't be going back.

Bought a sideboard and on unpacking it it had a huge split in the wooden top, after reordering we got the replacement, a lot of hassel but the outcome was good and we got a replacement within 3 weeks. The price is very good and cheaper for the same at other retailers.

Don't normally leave reviews but Chris on the carpet department was really helpful, needed a full house of carpet fitted quickly, he advised me on carpets he had in stock or could get quickly, they measured the next day and gave me a great quote (managed to get a little extra off as well!!) and the carpet was fitted 3 days later by two great lads who did a fantastic job all in all a great experience!

Went in to find a sofa, found the one I wanted, needed two, 2seaters but the deal was a 3 and2 seater, shop assistant had a word with the boss and hey presto....great deal on what I wanted and a weeks delivery...fantastic......none of this 12 weeks delivery rubbish!!
