Excellent customer service, friendly delivery staff who arrived on time and were courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Bensons failed to phone or text up to 48 hrs before delivery date (27th June) to confirm am/pm slot. Then they just turned up having failed to call up to 2 hrs before to confirm the actual delivery time - I phoned Bensons on delivery day to get confirmation of delivery time but was faced with a waiting queue of 76 callers in front of me - I opted for Bensons to call me back but never got the call. It was pure fluke I happened to be in when the delivery was made. The new matress is fine but the delivery experience was poor.

The two chaps who delivered were very friendly and efficient. They took the mattress right into the bedroom for us and were wearing masks without us having to ask - thank you so much for that! Perfect delivery, in fact, the best we’ve ever had. Shop staff were also brilliant.

Great service very attentive quick to insure we were directed to exactly what we need very straight forward did visit a well know bed company across the road after being in there for over 15 mins with no service at all so was extremely happy to get exactly what we needed with top quality service we will be back to furnish our house.

Stephen the assistant/manager was very helpful. He allowed us to look at all the beds and try them without any pressure. If we had any queries he was able to provide answers with out us feeling we had to commit to anything. We were made to feel valued customers. Stephen had a positive attitude with good body language and a pleasant voice. At the end of our visit we were happy to buy a mattress which they fortunately had in stock. We had also wanted a headboard but were unable to wait for the time it would take to come. We enjoy shopping at the Benson store but feel more stock should be kept in the store to make shopping easier.

We found what we wanted at a price we could afford. The assistant who helped us, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable & helpful without being pushy. But only 4 stars because of the huge amounts of plastic used in packaging pillows etc.

First time mattress buyer and first time visitor to the store - and to be honest the experience was just fine. The staff did a great job at welcoming us into the store and made us very welcome and feel safe in trying any of the beds that we wanted. Where the trip was let down was being rushed into a quote when all we wanted to know was the soonest delivery date for a particular mattress. We quickly found ourselves being quoted for fancy pillows and other extras - when really a simple date would have been suffice. It seemed quite salesy especially when were told the deal only lasted until tomorrow. A more casual approach would have been better for us.

The delivery men let us know on the morning of delivery a two hour t8me slot when they were expecting to arrive. They then rang to let us know they were running late due to heavy traffic but they still arrived with8n the original am time slot given to us by Bensons. very impressed

Your Sales manager was so very helpful , I am a paraplegic and needed a replacement Adjustable bed , had it not been for your sales manager I would have ordered / purchased the incorrect mattress . Also I liked that your Truro store has enough room to comfortably be able to manoeuvre around .

Staff very helpful. Turned out I was talking to and ordered with the store manager. However, she failed to mention that the bed comes as a flat pack and needs to be assembled!. Had I known this I might have shopped elsewhere or chosen a different bed. I would have asked if they could put me in touch with someone to help. I am single and it definitely needs two people to assemble. I rang store to complain. Who knows if this will be addressed. I hope a friend will help me this week.

Bit mixed here. The staff in store are amazing, friendly and helpful. The customer services team however are absolutely useless. Their after sales service is shocking! In fact their customer care is non existent, to the point I vowed never to use Benson's for Beds again but the staff in store make up for their incompetence. Sort yourselves out people!!!

The delivery guys gave us the wrong mattress to start with but luckily noticed before they had driven off . Also the headboard is damaged , NOT the delivery guys I think it was damaged before it was packaged . If not for these couple of things I would have scored 10 as the delivery guys were very polite and friendly and put the bed in the room it was for . Let’s see how they deal with the damaged headboard.

Steve has 5*, very helpful at all times, went out of his way to help us. We unfortunately had a bed which developed Manufacturer fault, Customer care, looked at the problem and Benson have come up with the offer of a Completely new bed free of charge. I will definitely recommend Benson, and ask for Steve!
