Absolutely brilliant. Very very helpful in store, they really couldn’t have done enough. Then my furniture arrived in a great time, so good in fact they had to hold it in storage for a little bit, which was not a problem for them, and then they delivered it when it was suitable for me. I would go back to furniture world without a shadow of a doubt for any future furniture purchases. Fantastic.

I have purchased numerous items from Furniture World over the years and always found their staff extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Our recent purchase was a new mattress and we were very impressed with Olly's knowledge of different brands and their manufacture plus his advise on purchasing options including the 30 day trial; I believe there are longer trials depending on what brand you choose. Also, their prices are very competitive with other retailers prompting you to buy local.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave good advice. Excellent products, we were very pleased with our purchases. Delivery was also excellent with plenty of useful updates about dates and times. The bed we ordered had one damaged foot and the delivery guys sorted it out and replaced it on the same day. They don't just unpack and set up the items but take away the packing materials and problem solve if there are any. Two items we had to wait for but we were kept informed about their status. Highly recommend this company.

We visited the store for the first time yesterday and although we haven’t purchased anything yet, I just wanted to say how great their customer service is. We were attended to by Ollie and nothing was too much trouble for him. We asked questions about different pieces of furniture which there was one or two answers he wasn’t sure of - so he took the time to ring manufacturers to get the answers. He was very knowledgeable about the stores products and was constantly aware of the social distancing measures. It was a real pleasure and so we hope to go back to make a purchase in the near future.

A year ago we bought several pieces of Wessex furniture which we have been more than happy with from the Truro store. During these difficult months we have decided to have a change around at home and realised we needed a couple of new additions. Trying to keep safe we saw the items on the website and telephoned the Truro shop. From then on it was just wonderful, Ollie, made to feel extremely valued, he checked what I wanted and took payment, then Barbara phoned to arrange delivery, again providing such a friendly service and then on the day of delivery, Josh phoned to double check time etc with such a happy manner, despite the atrocious weather conditions. The Wessex furniture was beautifully packed and is perfect, all without leaving the house. Thank you. Furniture World you are so lucky to have such efficient friendly staff and good furniture suppliers. Keep safe everyone.

Have shopped here a couple of times and always received great service from Oliver. My parents purchased new furniture when moving house and were delayed in being able to accept delivery - Oliver made arrangements for the warehouse to hold the furniture until we were ready to receive it - so helpful and accommodating - couldn't have asked for better. Recent experience also good - great service, no hard selling, friendly staff.
