D. B.Why 3 star? 16 weeks to get a nest of tables. Also I don't like grey furniture. Staff were very helpful though except they wouldn't let me have the showroom set. Trouble is when you search for ages and then find just the thing you want, maybe I'll have to wait 16 weeks.
I. B.Walked in just for a browse ended up spending a fortune on furniture. 😂😂 Couldn't help ourselves. Customer service was top class from Jason the manager couldn't do enough for us and was patient and friendly throughout even when we had to go back to amend our order.

This morning, Paul (the delivery man for Oak Furniture Land) was doing a delivery for a different house within the close I live at around 8ish... however he took the time and effort into helping me defrost my car (whilst the other driver was parking up, dont want to get him in trouble😉). I'm genuinely never felt so grateful, and I hope in return something great comes with this. So thank you, you lovely human being😊
E. O.lovely showroom displaying well made furniture. we dealt with Lauren who was patient, friendly and knowledgeable, and when furniture delivered it was by pleasant delivery team and very well packaged products. so pleased we chose oak furnitureland
