We felt that the sales advisor was very helpful and not pushy at all. Very reasonable prices in the sale too and the beds were displayed well. We felt that there should've been more sales advisors as we had to wait a long time, but we understood it was a busy day to the sale ending.

Everything went like clockwork. The Salesman at Watford was so helpful as we wanted to buy the bed to be delivered in Preston Lancashire. We tried the different mattresses and he helped us to make the right selection. We arranged a day for delivery and it came on the exact day we asked for. The bed is wonderful and I would not hesitate to buy another if I ever needed one.

1 month to deliver the mattress, thats too long, Product is good and i bought my 2nd mattress from Benson, Sales man was very professional and convincing at Watford. I would be happy to give 4 or 5 stars but not with that delivery time i am sorry

Great service and after sales care; my Saturday delivery was delayed but the deputy manager ensured that my delivery charge was refunded. Really happy with the 5 year guarantee at no extra cost, especially with our previous mattress collapsing after around a year. Satisfied customer!!

Amazing customer service by Sanjay Kashyap today at store in Watford. We finished placing our order at 17:35. Though it was near to closing time, Sanjay made sure the job was done properly. However, I can’t say the same about the store managers (one of them I think was called Rick) who kept on asking Sanjay to be “quick” as it was near closing time, there was another party waiting to order and there was no other working device in store to take the other order. We were not at Tesco buying groceries, we spent nearly £700 and were expecting a better atmosphere. 5* reflects Sanjay’s level of service. No stars for the store managers! You lead by example and the managers failed!

I had to visit this store after reading all the reviews, just out of sheer curiosity. I was surprised at the level of service I was given, it was great, welcomed straight away and was able to use a machine to find out which mattress was best for me. Sales service is good, as far as after sales are concerned, the fact that my finance details were lost and they kept ringing me to confirm they were correct, Plus they sent our insurance cover plan with the wrong details, makes me wonder if they really know what they are doing?.

Good selection of king and double sized beds, only a few single but I was disappointed with the children's section, as they had 3 beds to choose from.
