Incredibly pleased with the end result on our wardrobes. Ryan was incredibly helpful from start to finish with really insightful advice that helped us get the most out of the space we had. Install was really quick and the team left it all clean and tidy after, can't ask for more really. Would recommend to anyone in an instant.

I used the professional services of the London Craftsman aka: Ryan. I needed to have a bespoke shelving unit, to fit into a small room cupboard in my house. I found their phone number and details from a Google search. I spoke to Ryan, and we arranged a time and date, to do the work. It wasn't a big job, but I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. And Ryan was very polite throughout the whole process. I will be recommending him to my family and friends

Amazing experience from the whole team at The London Craftsman. We required a new alcove cabinet to be installed into a very messy and difficult space. From the first contact right through to completion of the work the whole process was excellent. Ryan visited our home and shared ideas, which was really helpful. I have had amazing experience from The London Craftsman. Used them for my under stairs storage and they have completed brilliant job. Everything from start to finish was awesome. They came to do survey and was advised from Ryan what would be best solution for the job and within few weeks it has been completed. Communication, service, price it’s all extremely satisfactory. Ryan and Georgina were both exceptionally professional (particularly taking all safety precautions with covid) and did an excellent job installing a bespoke bookcase and shelves in our alcoves. We looked at quite a few tradesmen, some cheaper, some way more expensive and I'm very glad we went with Ryan. The quality for price is amazing. They clearly have lots of experience and were helpful in tweaking the design to ensure it would cope with the weight from the books for many years to come! Excellent customer service and I'll definitely use them again for other projects.

What was my least favourite room in the flat is now my favourite thanks to the excellent work done that more than exceeded my expectations. Great attention to detail and quality work, I will already be approaching Ryan again for the next project we have here. The job wasn't the most straight forward due to our flat being in an old building, so the walls and floors aren't 100% straight or even, but this hasn't affected the outcome. The wardrobes we had built look incredible, and fit in the rest of the room beautifully and truly utilising the space. If you're still considering getting in touch with these guys, I highly recommend you do. Thank you Ryan, Georgina and the team! :)

We used The London Craftsman to build our new wardrobes in our loft conversion. We are not only absolutely delighted with the wardrobes but the whole experience - a level of personal attention in the customer interaction that is very unusual coupled with exceptional attention to detail and work ethic. I particularly enjoyed overhearing Ryan coaching his apprentice and knowing that he was taking his responsibility for the training element of the apprenticeship seriously, which so many don't. Would highly recommend this company!

Fantastic job on a tricky window seat. Ryan and Georgina were fantastic throughout the whole process, from accommodating our request for a Saturday appointment right through to the fitting. Ryan clearly takes huge pride in his work and it was so refreshing to see how he took care to train his apprentice as he went about fitting our complicated window seat. The seat and the finish are both excellent and I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. We will definitely be asking him back to do our wardrobes.

A superb experience all round in relation to the design and installation of some alcove shelves. Initial measurements were taken at a time convenient to us and then design drawings were worked up for us to comment on and finalise via email. The installation of the units was utterly painless, with the team working extremely efficiently and considerately - they look fantastic and are of great quality. What is more, Georgina, Ryan and the rest of the team are just thoroughly nice people. No hesitation in giving 5 stars and we will be using them again.

I used The London Craftsman to fit a wardrobe for me in the master bedroom. Ryan visited my house to talk me through the process, take the measurements and give me a quote. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained the whole process in layman's terms and gave me a flexible quote depending on how I wanted to have the wardrobe designed. The quote was one of the cheapest but the quality of work was anything but cheap. The wardrobe was fitted on time, on budget and finished to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend The London Craftsman. Provides initial designs, measuring up and prices options to fit within budget. We opted for unpainted MDF shaker style wardrobes and they did an amazing job at fitting the wardrobes at a very high standard at a reasonable price. Also they were able to bring forward the fitting date which I was also very pleased with - all parts of the business were really pleasant to deal with too. I had a great experience from start to finish: - A very specific quote within 48 hours of my query - A visit from Ryan to measure up and talk through exactly what I wanted / how high the shelves should be / specifics of the TV unit eg . - A week later my shelves and TV unit were installed. Ryan and Shaun were at my flat on time, completed the work as they promised, and left the flat neat and tidy. I was constantly communicated with and the end product looks superb! In addition I had regular emails / communications with Georgina throughout informing me of the dates / lead times etc. Just a really good experience - worth every penny. Thank you! Ant
