Having decided we wanted a streamlined german kitchen, we were delighted to have worked with Nova Kitchen Design in Woking. From very early on in the process, we could tell that Steve (designer) was both energised and excited about the style of kitchen we wanted and brought some great ideas to the project. Although 2022 has been an incredibly difficult year for customers and suppliers aike, Nova were thouroughly professional all the way through, keeping us updated on progress and alternative options to ensure we were able to complete the project by late summer. Hassan ( says he's the installation manager - but he's the boss really!) always smiling, no matter what, was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to ensure we got the kitchen we wanted. Great work also from Gavin who installed the kitchen superbly and the teams from Decoglaze and Zenstone as well. We have no hesitation in recommending Nova Kitchen design to anybody looking for a quality kitche and first class service.

I am delighted with my new kitchen and my experience of Nova Kitchens from design to completion has been a delight. The project was a long time in the planning and meant that there was a lot of wriggle room for supply chain issues to resolve themselves and it was completed with 2 days to spare - clearly a well-managed operation and a flexible team. Hassan has gathered a group of talented and professional artisans together and they have been a pleasure to work with. The showroom is a clear presentation of the product line and is an excellent place to begin the work. Steve designed exactly the kitchen I wanted with rather vague input from me and it has all the gizmos I wanted. Gavin has done a professional job of fitting the jigsaw together and obviously benefitted from my being absent for most of the project. There was extra work needed from the plumber and electrician that was seamlessly rolled into the schedule and their flexibility to take advantage of the early availability of the countertop meant the job was completed 2 days early. Adam's race to finish the painting before I arrived home meant that I was able to see the finished result without distractions. Presiding over all this is Hassan with his good humour and calmness and it has been a pleasure to work with him.

Nova kitchen design helped us pick our new kitchen for our new home. They were extremely helpful throughout the project. We trusted Jake to design and choose the colours. The colours he chose may not have been colours we would have picked ourselves however we could not be more happy with the end results. A friend highly recommended Nova, having had them install their modern kitchen, and quite rightly so - it is beautiful. We approached them with initial plans for our impending extension, and the design team came back with three potential kitchen layouts working within our budget. We appreciated the friendly service and alongside our requests and their suggestions they produced fabulous 3D plans for a contemporary style kitchen and utility room - we were hooked. Once our extension build was under way, Hassan took over the project management. Building work delays, and an additional steel girder were met with helpful advice and installation date adjustments. Hassan's positive feedback took away a lot of stress, whilst his infectious excitement of the kitchen project kept our spirits up. We took Nova's advice to visit the worksurface stone factory, Cosentino which was an excellent idea, whilst Hassan helpfully sent us links for suggested overhead lights and bar stools. Delivery from Germany was kept within the schedule, and Gavin set to work installing units, all appliances and undercounter/worktop lighting. He is a master of his trade, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home. We enjoyed meeting Hassan at the house to watch the fitting of worktops and mirror splashbacks - and it was very apparant Nova have an excellent relationship with local businesses. To say we are pleased with our new kitchen is an understatement, alongside us friends have said Wow when they see it! We can't recommend Nova highly enough 5*+.

Hassan was recommended to me as he had supplied kitchens to a number of my family members over the past few years. We initially started planning a new kitchen with Hassan but over a few weeks the project grew to also include storage in our dining room that matched the kitchen, bedroom wardrobes and units and also storage in our living room. We also decided on wood panels in our living room and conservatory which we absolutely love. Working with Hassan was a great experience. He challenged our thinking and gave us some great ideas to think about as we went through the process of planning the layout and choosing materials. We had a lot to think about and a lot of decisions to make and Hassan was always patient and supportive. Hassan also helped us with some decisions around white goods suppliers so we could ensure that we would have all the items we needed in time for the installation. He also tried to save us money where it was possible to do so. As well as us visiting the studio on multiple occasions, Hassan visited our home before, during and after the installation to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. Gavin was the carpenter who did the installation and he was very thorough and methodical. I liked the way he worked as there were no short-cuts and he had a great eye for detail. With the complexity of the project, it was inevitable that there would be some challenges (eg a couple of missing items) but Hassan and Gavin always found a solution and ordered replacements urgently to keep the project moving. I can definitely recommend Hassan and Gavin at Nova kitchens to others and I would be willing (through Hassan) to talk to potential customers about my experience.

We moved to Woking and immediately set about choosing a new kitchen. We discussed our kitchen requirements with two national chains and Nova and it was a no brainer to go with Hassan and the team at NKD. We wanted a modern handleless kitchen and Vanda, our designer, worked with us to create the perfect bespoke design for our space. Throughout the process Nova's customer service was exceptional. Having the owner of the business project manage the installation was superb and the quality of Gavin, the lead fitter, and the subcontractors really was a difference maker. The ability to work with a small independent business was a pleasure and it felt like no question, problem or idea was too small. I would recommend the services of Hassan, Vanda, Gavin and all the team to anyone.

Great input from Jake to help make the most of the space we have available - love the wine rack and shelf that fit around the fridge now - and definitely persuaded that the mirror splashback was the right option! The fitting was very efficient and expertly managed by Hassan - and we weren't without kitchen or washing machine for any longer than absolutely necessary. Kitchen is transformed - more space and much less clutter.

First class from start to finish In-toto Woking were recommended by our next neighbours who spoke very highly of the team and were delighted with their kitchen. We gave Hassan and Emily a blank sheet of paper and they came back with 3 different designs which were then presented to us and we discussed in one in some detail. We decided on the most radical design vs our current layout. We then had further very lengthy sessions with Hassan going through all of the detail. Nothing was left to chance. Once we had chosen all the appliances and had the specification detailed, we found we were significantly over budget. We were very worried, but Hassan was completely unphased and he and Emily helped us to find cheaper appliances and tweak the design until it was in budget. The whole fitting process with electricians, the plumber and decorator was closely managed by Hassan. The fitter Gavin was superb - as problems were uncovered when the kitchen was stripped back, he always had solutions and worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The quality of his workmanship more than matched the outstanding quality of the German units. We are very happy and are thorough enjoying our In-toto kitchen!

Hassan has been excellent throughout the process from designing, managing the project of the kitchen to suit our needs. Hassan gave us the courage to go for forward-thinking designs that Nova Kitchen Designs produced for us, We had three innovative designs to pick from which was tough to choose as all three were great designs. Nova Kitchen Designs guided us step by step without rushing which was a great experience and made purchasing the kitchen fun. We never thought we would end up with our new bespoke dream kitchen. All our family and friends love our dream kitchen. The Nova Kitchen Designs installation team are specialists. The quality and finish are of very high quality, far better than the mass-produced kitchens we saw at major retailers meaning it should last for many years to come. You might think the word ‘bespoke’ carries a hefty price tag but we were very pleasantly surprised and found our quote to be 17% more than major retailers. Hassan worked closely with our Architect and builder to ensure the open-plan room light and space was right for us. We did have delays on kitchen appliances which were due to the pandemic, Nova Kitchen Designs pulled out all the stops to make it easier for us to move back into the house after six months of renting! thank you so much. He provided us with excellent recommendations for all the furniture including worktops and appliances. When he recommended mirrors as splashbacks, we were apprehensive but they are amazing and are now one of our favourite things in the kitchen. Thanks Jake! Hassan managed the project which resulted in a completely stress free experience for us. He was on site almost every day making sure everything was going to plan and kept us updated with any issues. When finished, Hassan came and did the final check to ensure everything was as it should be, a sign of a true professional. ' We are delighted with our new NOVA In-toto kitchen. From the very first meeting, Hassan could not have been more helpful in running through all the options with us. We had at least two further meetings with him at his design studio and showroom in Woking, and he then made several visits to our home as the building works progressed, to check that everything was in place for the installation of our new kitchen. When the kitchen came to be fitted, Gavin the fitter was extremely professional, and did the whole thing on his own in a few working days. Hassan visited most days as the fitting was done, and then came over again afterwards to check that all was well. We started the process of designing our kitchen with very little knowledge of what we wanted. To add fuel to the fire, our house was being redeveloped at the same time, so we were working with unknown limitations. We looked at many showrooms and spoke to many people, but In-toto blew us away. Jake took us under his wing as soon as we stepped through the door. Jake had a vision for us and worked to make us happy in every way, no detail was too small for him to have a creative input and he provided enough suggestions, but (importantly) not too many. Their ability to conjure up the kitchen we didn’t know we wanted, which also looked to best utilise the space adjacent to the area, was fabulous. The install was superb as Gavin was working in and amongst a building site. Any small issue we had (and the only one that comes to mind was due to my pedantic nature) was accepted without question and put right with relative ease. But best of all? They made decisions for us when we felt we didn’t know where to go. I use the example of the work surface we chose as a testament to their input and involvement. When Jake heard we had changed our minds against his better judgement (it was a little wind up with his colleague, Hasan) he called me repeatedly until I couldn’t bear antagonising him any longer. His relief when we told him we had chosen the surface he suggested was palpable. Our relief that we trusted his design sense is even more tangible and more enduring. Further, the team have continued to take an interest in how we are using the space, we continue to get design tips, and a few ideas have been swapped as they saw how our build concluded. Great job, guys. I would not hesitate to use you again.

Everything about appointing In-toto Woking to create our new kitchen was magnificent. Professional and caring, exact and precise, In-toto both listened and advised - so that our kitchen was planned to work for us and for our home. Communication was great throughout the process and every member of the team - Jake in design - Hasan overseeing works - and the wonderful fitters and tradesmen used by In-toto - pulled together and worked seamlessly from start to finish. An added bonus was getting to attend an in-store demo of electrical goods and learn all about my new ovens from an expert domestic scientist. Our new kitchen is a joy - and includes many features I would never have considered without Jake's input - such as gorgeous reflective glass splash-backs and natty door handles. In-toto were fantastic to work with from the outset. Emily really listened to what we wanted and produced excellent designs in a very quick timeframe to fit in with our builder and holiday plans. We were very impressed with the difference aspects of the designs. The project was started before lockdown, however despite this the team at In-toto remained positive and professional to assure us that our kitchen would arrive from Germany on time. They went out of their way to get appliances delivered, whilst offering alternative solutions should there have been problems due to the lockdown. In-toto ensured the safety of their workers and the other trades onsite by organising for one fitter to be onsite at anyone time, given all of the challenges thrown up by lockdown, they still managed to finish the project. In addition, their after care service has also been second to none. We would definitely recommend the team at In-toto Woking, they have created a superb kitchen/dining room for us.

From the moment I booked the appointment and we stepped into the Woking showroom I felt at ease, Jake was both professional and really keen to hear our ideas. I cannot recommend Jake at In-toto Kitchens Woking enough! I was getting differing quotes and advice from various other suppliers but Jake took the time to talk through everything with me and offered me options. Hassan the project manager, visited discussed our requirements and made recommendations as to what would suit our requirements. Kevin the electrician and his team with Ryan were top notch adding the extras we required, also have a strong working knowledge of up to date extras such as sound systems appropriate to our kitchen. Danny and his team, again very good. giving alternatives to managing a tricky situation such as moving pipes and creating a way to have extractor fan to outside wall. My kitchen installation was a marvel of coordination and skill. This was a full scale alteration with everything being replaced. Consequently there was a need for a range of skills. An imaginative plan was created, leaning heavily upon the experience of Tony, the supremo. All tasks were completed on time, without any delays between the work. We stumbled upon Nova kitchens when we were looking for suppliers of Dekton, a material we were considering for our kitchen. Having read some great reviews, we felt they would be a good place to look at samples. When we came in and met with Steve and then Vanda, it was the beginning of an incredible partnership. Vanda created a design that was the kitchen of our dreams. Her design ideas were spectacular and she really listened to what we wanted. Then the build crew, led by project manager Hassan and installer Gavin were absolute craftsmen in every detail. The project started 4 weeks before Christmas. The team worked very efficiently and due to their hard work and dedication (including working on some Saturdays), we had a beautiful new kitchen on Christmas Day. We LOVE our kitchen and utility room and the space is now perfect for all our family cooking and gathering. We would recommend Nova Kitchens to anyone who wants a kitchen that is custom designed to meet your individual needs and made with love, care, and the greatest attention to detail.
