T. A.Quite a find outside of London. Converted deco cinema. Huge selection of mirrors and chandeliers. Some great specimens of large scale not seen often. Furniture again tends to be large-scale. A bit too much chrome & glass for my taste, but there are also traditional pieces. You can even order a Gothic brick & stone garden folly.
N. B.Mind blowing piece of Cinema Deco Architecture. The furniture was equally stunning. A place to visit even if you don't need furniture. I will be going again.

S.I ordered an item on the 20th December and have had to chase this company with three emails. I was told a 6 weeks ago delivery was imminent and after waiting 2 weeks, I emailed again and have received no reply. I have emailed again tonight but don't hold out much hope.
Other companies have this chair in stock in the UK and can deliver within 5 days.
I would advise to avoid Grays of Worcester. You are better spending a little more for items to be delivered within a reasonable time and receive better communication.
*update 27/2/22 - after my initial 1 star review (something I don't usually post) - the company contacted me and the item was delivered a week later. The item is lovely, however the service/communication was sub par. I've amended my rating to reflect this)
