My wife and my self we had to go there to find out missing leg for our settees because we found out it was missing. We spoke to a very friendly man which gave us a phone number for there company so fit . BUT we found out it was fitted when made because the metal nut was not fitted in hole so the leg could not be put on when made ,we found out when turning over to fit a new spring to the base SO if you buy new check it before have fitted in your room . Next time we will check it.

Very pleased with the customer care in the Worcester store. The assistant was helpful without being pushy and he stood back to let us discuss and decide which suite we wanted. The delivery time is a little long at 3 months but to get the sofa and chair we wanted, we were willing to wait. We took advantage of the discounts over the bank holiday and were given 2 furniture care packs when we opted for the 5 year protection cover. Very reasonable at £95. So overall very happy so far although cannot comment on delivery yet!

Large store with lots of merchandise. Well laid out. Good quality. Friendly staff. Let down by after sales Customer Services. Impossible to get through to speak to anyone. Some items delayed due to being shipped in from South East Asia.

Great service - Chris, the sales guy we dealt with, was really good - helpful and informative without being pushy and in your face. Before agreeing to buy we had questions about delivery because previously there had been issues getting a 3 seater into the room (we had to take a window out). He demonstrated how the unit could be easily taken apart and explained it would be delivered as two sections. There are material swatches to select colour you want but he also showed us online pictures of the units in the different colours which helped. Never tried to rush us into making a decision - even got us coffees while we thought about it. The delivery team were excellent. Although they are not supposed to unpack items they quickly did so because it would not go through the door packaged. They also took the time to show us how the two sections could be attached and removed. Very pleasant guys. REALLY pleased with the Dover suite we selected - good quality and everyone comments on how comfortable and supportive it is.

Although the time frame didn't work with what I needed (I've only got 7 days to make the surprise room....very unrealistic!).....if I'd have had the time I would have 100% purchased; amazing prices and such a helpful and friendly team at Blackpole, Worcester. I will definitely return and purchase.....I was honestly shocked at the cost (low) and quality (high).....my husband is a carpenter/craftsman and he would not be disappointed to have any of this furniture in our home. Yes, I hear you say, 'husband could make the bed,' but, he's tired, miserable after work and can get it cheaper here then buying the wood, fabricating the panels then assembling, in the long run, this is the the best option. And the stuff is very pretty!!! High Five to Blackpole Oak FurnitureLand.

Excellent service. Greeted by ANDY when we first went in, left in peace to go around looking by ourselves, but was there to answer any questions when needed. Sofa and love chair that son liked were in stock . Easy process to place order . (Tried hard to talk us into the extra 10% of total bill for damage insurance on it, but we declined paying the extra £140) Ordered on Saturday afternoon.Paid £49 to arrange delivery in a few days time on following thursday. Given a 3 hour time slot by text the day before. Son received phone calls from drivers when they were within half an hour, and then 5 minutes away. Delivered to room of choice. Very well wrapped ( but they just deliver and leave you to unwrap and put the feet on the furniture for the £49 delivery service) Son very pleased with his purchase . Comfy , looks good and exactly as in the showroom. All the cushions included arrived ok as well . Glad we paid a visit to this store that day.

Well I'm so used to being messed around by suppliers these days that it came as quite a shock to actually get a DECENT service. The manager here was great and true to his word on delivery . Very polite and helpful. Would absolutely recommend for service , quality and for the good selection of furniture in the showroom. 5*.

Not usually a fan of Oak Furniture land as in the past the sales colleagues have badgered me and followed me around the store. This time was better and after initial engagement I was left to browse. All that said there are some nice products on offer.
