7 years later and I still adore my kitchen as much as the day it was fitted. Oliver took the ideas in my head and created my stunning, dream kitchen, as you can see in the photos . Our kitchen has most definitely stood the test of time too. Our maple wood kitchen is robust enough to withstand even the heaviest of clonks from a pastic toy being thrown at it! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clarendons to anyone. Stunning design, excellent craftsmanship and 5 star customer service.

We visited several other companies before deciding upon Clarendons & at every stage in the process we have been delighted that we made that decision. From our first meeting, through to design & installation it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Oliver and his team of dedicated craftsmen. The workmanship & attention to detail has been excellent. The nature of his truly bespoke service has meant that not only were our initial requirements met, but also that Oliver took the time to find appropriate solutions for some of the more quirky aspects of our period home. Amazing attention to detail. Our house is 300 years old. None of the walls are straight. There are beams in inconvenient places and none of the sizing is regular. We had our kitchen fitted a few months ago. We had a few different quotes and no one could maximise the space we had whilst making the kitchen look stunning. Oliver managed to do this. Everything in the kitchen was custom made to fit it's weird and wonderful angles and to give us the most storage. Oliver is fastidious about the details, from the lighting, to the most suitable colours for our home right the way down to the unit designs. The units have been scribed into the crooked walls so everything looks seamless. I'd 100% recommend Clarendon to anyone that is looking for a new kitchen.

When we moved house in 2021, we again turned to Oliver for our new kitchen - in fact we booked a slot with him before exchanging contracts because we were certain we wanted him to design and fit our kitchen, having had a Clarendons kitchen fitted at our previous house. With his attention to detail, unpretentious, honest approach and skilled craftsmanship, Oliver is always a delight to work with. We cannot recommend him highly enough and, if we ever move again or have the need for a new kitchen (although we anticipate our kitchen lasting for years and years in this house), we would not hesitate to contact him again.

Oliver was great throughout the process, he guided us through the planning asking all the things we wouldn't have thought of; his attention to detail is amazing and he was a great help with the project management on our new kitchen. The furniture looks great and is really high quality. Oliver stayed involved whilst the builders and other people were on site and quality checked everything after the furniture was installed to ensure the highest quality. Oliver is very well connected and put us in touch with other people we needed for the project, and he also gave his opinion to help us through some of the more difficult decisions or where we just needed to be guided by his experience. Oliver thought of everything, kept us informed on progress and next steps and it's been a pleasure working with him.

A slightly longer review but well justified. We had a kitchen extension last year and decided to put in a new kitchen. We were looking for something practical but with a wow factor and met a few companies but couldn’t get past the beautiful kitchens we saw at Clarendon Kitchen’s showroom in Lavister. So we met with Oliver and went through our ridiculously long wish list with him and he managed to translate it into the kitchen of our dreams, adding suggestions of his own which we would never have thought of but which made it even better than we imagined. From start to finish the process was fantastic. Oliver also spent a lot of time and effort helping us to decide on lighting, flooring etc. his fitting team were fantastic, so helpful. Rarely do I write a review as glowing as this but we are so very happy with our new kitchen, amazing quality and so unique. I cannot recommend Oliver highly enough, and we definitely got the wow factor

We were looking for Shaker style kitchen. Our architect and builder recommended Clarendons to us, having worked with them on previous jobs. From start to finish it has been a very positive experience. Oliver took plenty of time to listen to us and designed a kitchen to perfectly suit our needs. We had our kitchen designed by Clarendon’s earlier this year and I absolutely love it! Choosing Clarendon’s was the best decision we’ve made. Oliver challenged our plans for the kitchen and created a design that was far better than we could have imagined, from an aesthetic view point but also functionality. This is our forever home so we didn’t just want a kitchen that looks amazing but one that will last and stand the test of time. The kitchen we were replacing in our home was also a Clarendon’s kitchen from about 15 years ago and we managed to reuse most of it for our utility room, because it was all still in great condition. He has amazing passion for his work, makes constructive, helpful suggestions and really understands proportions. The two kitchen fitters are a joy to have around, polite , tidy and fastidious (and witty). They are also able and willing to make amendments as they go along, if you want to tweak anything. Oliver also recommended top class providers of worktops and splash backs, both to his high standards and so pleasant to deal with. Our experience of the process of putting together our dream kitchen with Oliver at Clarendon Kitchens, has been seamless. Oliver steered us towards more practical solutions, when we had some funky ideas about the design, but was accommodating when some design ideas were able to be added in, like the small oak drawers in the bookcase. He is meticulous about the design process and everything fitted like a jigsaw. There are no fillers in Oliver's kitchens! We could tell from the outset, after seeing numerous other kitchen providers, that he was going to do a good job, and he did. Highly recommended!

Oliver designed and fitted our kitchen 7 years ago. It is stunning, expertly designed and crafted and fitted with the utmost care and precision. The cupboard units were beginning to show a few signs of wear, so we had them repainted recently and they now look brand new. At the same time, Oliver himself kindly came to do a couple of minor adjustments to some of the drawers. In fact, he checked every single drawer and cupboard door to make sure everything was working perfectly.Oliver is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Clarendons kitchens designed & installed the kitchen in our Victorian house in Queen’s park Chester. Clarendons made our shortlist because of the designs that we had seen on the website & we chose Oliver because of his eye for design, his attention to detail & because we wanted someone that would work with us to plan the layout of the whole downstairs open plan area; kitchen, sitting room, dining room & utility. We are delighted with the end result, which not only meets our requirements from a new kitchen but also looks fantastic throughout. It is spacious, light, airy & ultimately very practical in terms of size & location of units & appliances. The utility room is excellent and utilises the space well with a bespoke coat and boot storage bench. Oliver is easy to work with, always responds promptly & is keen to help out throughout the process, on any small details e.g. positioning of electrics for low hanging pendant lights above the island unit. Oliver's installation team were very flexible in sorting out any fine tuning of the final design to meet our wishes & they were prompt in sorting out any small snagging issues. His recommended suppliers for worktops etc. were equally very good. We would not hesitate in recommending Clarendons.
