Great company and a real life saver. We used another company, to install 2 bathrooms, and after 3 months without washing facilities we ditched them. Called in to Innovation and spoke with Brian, who visited the same day to sort out the mess we were in. He phoned one of his lads, Jason, who agreed to finish the job off over a couple of weekends. Great service and great communication, and finished the job to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

I found this company with no preconceived opinions but have been impressed throughout my time dealing with them. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful from day one and the bathroom I now have is exactly what I wanted and looks way better than I ever could have imagined. Brian came over to have a look at my old bathroom to prepare a quote. I stupidly booked this on a busy day and didn't have much time, but I instantly got a good impression and felt like I was getting an honest opinion about what my options were, what would realistically look best and what little extras I could do to make a big difference cosmetically without drastically increasing the price. As a woman alone I really value feeling like I am being treated fairly and honestly and I definitely felt like I could trust these guys straight away. The quote was over my budget, through no fault of theirs the parts chosen were just a more expensive make and more stylish than I wanted. I imagine they were a middle ground example of what is on offer whereas I truly went with the view to just having basic but new items and installing a shower over the bath that previously wasn't there. I went in to have a chat and Dan spent lots of time helping me to compromise where I could to come to a quote that was workable. I noted during this conversation he wasn't just finding me cheaper options, he was always ensuring the parts he was recommending had good warranty on them and I never felt like I was an inconvenience, he was very patient and went through every element of the quote. I handed over a key and didn't see any of the work due to my working hours but I was kept up to date with everything and any necessary changes to the plan. I was very impressed with how quickly things were moving throughout the time it took. There was, understandably, some mess while the work went on but nothing I wouldn't expect and all cleared up when finished. I have had a minor issue since that was resolved without question as soon as I brought it back to their attention. From day one to the work being completed everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and seemed truly happy to help me. I would absolutely recommend these guys and would go back for any work in future.

Innovation Kitchen & Bathrooms have just finished installing a brand new bathroom for us and I cannot recommend them enough. Brian and Dan were so helpful and friendly in helping us choose everything we wanted and needed - they made things really easy and we felt really happy that the job was going to be done well. When the lads, Jason and Joe turned up to complete the job they were so friendly, really professional and helpful and nothing was too much. The bathroom has just been completed and they’ve done an amazing job. I can’t thank them both enough. 100% would be using them again in the future when we need our kitchen doing. Amazing service from start to finish! Brian and his team worked on both our family bathroom and en suite. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent value for money, and shoutout to Jason for his amazing tiling! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, would definitely use the service again.

No criticisms at all... A very positive experience from Brian and his team. We had electric underfloor heating fitted under a tiled floor... It took longer than we thought, but that was only because the fitter wanted to make it as perfect as possible. Brian even chose the colour of the wood effect tiles using his experience, as we were going to pick a darker colour. His choice was spot on and we are so glad we took his advice. I'd recommend Innovations and would certainly use them again. Cheers Brian

Myself and my wife dealt with Brian and Dan in the shop. Both were really polite and professional. We had a good idea of what we we wanted and Brain pop around to make sure that our imagination could become reality. A date was arranged for the bathroom to be fitted. All the workmen that came in during the process were very polite. We had a couple of issues during the process of fitting the bathroom, as is to be excepted. But nothing was too much trouble for Brain or Dan to get their workmen to sort these out. It was a pleasure dealing with a company with a great set of values. No pushy salesmen, polite, honest, fair and reliable and keenly priced. Would we recommend them, YES, who would want this? We are very pleased with our new bathroom.

I've been following Innovations on fb for sometime looking at all the fantastic transformations made thinking what can be done to our bathroom. When we called into the showroom and spoke to Brian to make arrangements for him to call and give an estimate and some idea what can be done Brian put us at ease and soon he came up with a plan all we needed to do was choose the tiling and arrange a date to get started. Well worth it what transformation cant thank Brian and his team enough for all the hard work. Highly recommend.
