C. T.Was easy to order the sofa we wanted, and the salesman was a great help with no pressure.
I. M.Good stock to look at and Ben was excellent very helpfull in all his information. Plenty of parking. And covid protection by all staff and shoppers we felt very safe and relaxed. Well done Ben and thank you for your help and guidance.
K. T.Sales process was really good, we were left to browse the Wrexham store. Sales advisor was was very knowledgeable and helped us to narrow down our choices. Bought in the sale, so price was good too. After sales has been OK, did not receive any order confirmation or receipt immediately. Had to call customer services 3 days after placing order to chase.

The store was quiet and we were able to browse,, uninterrupted. When we were ready to speak with a sales person, she came over to us, and answered the questions we had for her. The sales person we dealt with, Gaynor Forde-Holland, was super! She was knowledgeable but not at all pushy. We bought a 3 piece suite, when actually the purpose of our visit was to look at what was available !! Thank you to SCS Wrexham for making it a pleasurable and safe experience for us to shop as a family,, following the lockdown.

Also felt very comfortable regarding the measures put in place regarding Covid. Excellent all round experience.
a. w.Great service. We were greeted by a smile and left alone to look around.once we were ready we nodded at a salesperson who gladly sat down for an hour whilst we talked sofas, options and costs. Cant wait for the sofa to arrive in may..👍 even though ot was near closing time we never once felt rushed
D. N.Erm...looking at carpets! There really are a LOT of carpet styles there. If you have a carpet fetish then this is certainly the place for you!!! Otherwise, its just a carpet shop 🙄

Found that the insurance was pushed to much and I even had two sales people going at me which was intimidating and I feel the other sales person who interfered tried to indicate I wasn't very intelligent as I wasn't interested in the insurance.

H.Originally went to the chester branch and the staff that served us was huffing and puffing because we didnt want the insurance and then I asked abt a 2 seater and chair instead of corner sofa and then he huffed again then he walked off saying he was going to the kitchen we waited abt 10 mins didnt come back when I looked up the stairs he was talking to another couple we was disgusted we walked out if u dont want to do ur job
shouldn't be working there absolute disgrace so I decided to go to the wrexham branch because I really wanted that sofa got served by a nice member of staff Ian a manager but when I checked the invoice the next day the chair was a didnt colour than the sofa so I rang em and got it changed straight away

H.Looking for sofas. There was a good range and the salesman was very helpful, not pushy. The only downside was delivery which had a 10 week wait, hence 4 stars
