K. H.Handy opening hours with a good selection of groceries. Prices are slightly higher here but at almost midnight was a godsend!
J. H.I like to use the same petrol station for filling up my motorcycles. I've been using this one for the past 5yrs. The staff are normally friendly, but recently I was FORCED to remove my motorcycle helmet BEFORE they'd allow me to use the pump??
It's never been a problem in the past, but now this sudden change has made me see the place in a whole different light & so I removed my helmet but when I went to pay...as I did, a woman wearing a burka pulled up in her car, got out, filled up & nobody said a word to her about removing her garment because (just like wearing a helmet) the staff couldn't see her face - this angered me somewhat. So I went back inside & told them everyone needs to be treated the same or its them who are now discriminating!
The attendant mumbled someething, but I stood my ground - thereafter I was ignored😮
I'll be reporting the discrimination I received to BPHQ, Cardiff Council & (MAG) The Motorcycle Action Group - who stand up for bikers rights!
I NO LONGER USE THIS BP GARAGE...the staff at my new BP petrol station down the road don't ask me to remove my clothing before I'm allowed to buy petrol. So none of this makes any sense, all or not at all is how it should be.

M. R.Petrol is always more expensive, so I'll tend to avoid in most cases. Shop is convenient but a bit costly.
