S.As someone on crutches, I'm pleased to say that the disabled ramp down to the main street is usually cleared of slippy leaves from the nearby trees.
On a more negative note, although they have a public toilet, it's always 'out of order'. I usually have to get a bus from Barrhead for my onwards journey, so that's quite inconvenient.

T. K.A perfectly pleasing, well-kept train station. The signage on track one is confusing: When you exit the door, the closest sign says it is number 2; however, when you look closer, it says it is car park number 2 – the sign stating it is platform 1 is further down. As far as I could tell, there is no ticket machine on platform 1.
G. G.It's a train station, no frills and clean enough. The seating area is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. Train announcements and safety announcements are regular and also keep you up to date if there are any delays.
d. m.always clean but i do not understand why the shutters are always down at different times. i'm always rushing to get the 1823 train after work and sometimes the shutters are down without warning which means i have to run around the other end to gain access to the platform. stressful

K. F.Staff are 1st class. Always a good laugh as well as professional and station is clean 24/7 and run so well. Proud that it's my local train station !
D. V.The train station is always clean and safe.The trains are always on time and they are very regular.So there's no long waiting times if you miss a train.The staff are very helpful.
J. P.Not alot to say about a train station. Trains arrive pretty regularly and usualy on time. Heated seating area on eastbound platform (busy side heading to glasgow central). Self service ticket machine available to pick up booked tickets. Should the need arrive the station is manned and has a customer service desk which is opened during core hours (9-5).
M. P.Staff are always friendly and helpful...it's a station with a ticket man a ticket machine and 2 ways out of town...not much else. Mibbe a metro in the morning if yer lucky. Oh and don't think ye'll get a seat heading to glasgow on the fast train in the morning!
