My local filling station, and surprisingly one of, if not the, cheapest in the area. Limited opening hours, but I guess there’s not much call for fuel in the local area at night anyway. Staff are always friendly and pleasant to talk to unlike many garages where it’s a case of “where’s your money and bye”. The only thing to watch is that they have one pump that dispenses the old E5 petrol which is more expensive, there’s a note on the pump but no indication of the fact/price before you get to that pump. It’s not a criticism, but worth knowing if you drive an older car that can handle the E10 petrol.

At junction of Bala/Dolgellau Road wide areas to fill and park. Shop very basic. I was rather appalled that there was no toilet at a garage in such a prominent position to rural routes. I had travelled a long way and paid a lot for my fuel and to be told no toilet facilities in this modern age was not only inconvenient, it was unacceptable. It will mean I won't be calling there aGain as I take that long journey regularly.

Stopped on Saturday morning for gas. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Useful garage shop as well and hot food available. Good stop off place.

Friendly little service station, always cheaper than the rest.

It's a decent place to stop for food but a real shame about the porta potty and no real toilets. Nowhere to wipe or even wash hands, not great.

Good service station will the usual grades of fuel and thankfully LPG. Not many places in Snowdonia have LPG so this was a life saver. The station does have a height limit of 3.4m something to bare in mind if you have a large RV!
