Small, but ok services.Costa and wh Smith shop. Only accessible southbound on m74. Shell petrol station

Visited on route home from Campbell Town. Caravan hgv parking road surface in poor condition. If you're not careful you could do some serious damage to your vehicle. Staff friendly and helpful. Prices are what you expect to have to pay at any motorway services in Gt Britain there Hugely Exaggerated due to having a captive audience.

Pizza van outside is superb. Pricey but worth it. Inside the services could do with a dusting and try get rid of the flies.

Have stopped here a few times over the years. It is gradually getting worse. On the good side staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Plenty of parking. Other than that the whole site needs a revamp. There needs to be other vendors for food and drink other than Costa. If something isn't done soon this sight will shut.

Stopped in our motorhome with dogs. Lots of space for parking and letting the dogs out. Although the services were limited on our visit - only Costa and WH smiths open it was clean and well stocked. As we are members of the caravan and camping club we receive discount on our visits. This should be advertised more. Alsondropped on because i had a doscount voucher for Costa. Toilets clean and a small gaming area.

Costa staff are brilliant and the place is spotless. Road Chef staff on the other hand, need some coaxing to get anything done - some customer service training for them wouldnt go a miss. Sometimes can be really quiet and you need to find someone to serve you, not the end of the world though... 👍🏼

On the way home from our holiday, we stopped here for a comfort break. Folk who know me know that comfort=coffee. The car park was easy to find and large. The services themselves are quite small but have a nice shop, clean toilets and a Costa! I had my usual black, medio americano and lemon muffin and H had a cup of tea. The guy serving was really friendly and personable. When I asked if I could take a couple of pics he agreed, "As long as I'm no in them. I'll crack your camera". Well he is in one, but his back's turned. Great coffee, clean, tidy and great service. Do stop by...

Small, disorganised, tatty, but serves up the coffee as you head south from Glasgow. Small stone-baked pizza caravan selling food outside the main building. Access challenges: the access road runs in a huge circle around the site, with poor road markings and little traffic calming in the parking area. Our view/score was biased by M74 Southbound traffic stacking back past the exit from the services out onto the highway. Took 10 minutes to get out and under way towards Carlisle. Now, in fairness this was at 3:30pm on a Friday! 14JAN2022.

We stopped in Roadchef while touring Scotland and it was quite a treat. If you are a tourist you really want three things. Great snacks and drinks, very clean bathrooms and lots of sovereigns and trinkets! I am pleased to report that they have an adequate abundance of all! Everything from great sandwiches and pastries to special coffees and so much more. The staff was both patient and friendly and the facilities were kept absolutely spotless! As Always, Enjoy!

It was good plenty to choose for eating very clean toilets and lots space for parking. The only bad thing is you need to pay the car park if you need to stop more the 2 hours. So that mean you after rush to eat or can't have a proper rest of you travel long distance. Very controversial about the safety on motorway.

Staff are lovely very pleasant and efficient but felt so sorry for the young lad it was warmer outside than in he was absolutely freezing another customer who also uses these services regularly commented on the heating system not being fixed yet he said it had been like this for weeks i feel sorry for all the staff having to work in those conditions shame on costa and Bothwell services for having NO HEATING

It's not a popular service area - we have been 3 times in past 6 months and there are very few cars. The plus point of course is we have never had to queue for the loo's which is the only reason we stop there.
