R. W.Was recommended via Worcester site as an approved installer for a new boiler. From the moment I submitted the quote on the Worcrester site on a Friday night, I received a response on Saturday morning. An arranged visit on Tuesday to assess the job at hand. And they managed to fit the full install in on the Saturday. From a fresh enquiry to install and working, in only a week. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and understanding. From the office staff (Donna), first visit (Mark), and the installer (Alan), all very very friendly professionals. I can not fault them at all from start to finish, highly recommend.

j. l.We thought we would try out Gasglow as we had had so many problems with bigger names. Everytime British Gas serviced our boiler it would have problems as soon as they left. Then we tried Your Repair, we had our annual service, three days later the boiler was completely broken and had to in the end buy a new one. Gasglow have fair, excellent and professional engineers, we will be getting next year's service from them and we highly recommend them to anyone.
M. J.Very highly recommended. Trustworthy, reliable and highly professional. We recently had a new boiler and upgraded 'unvented' hot water tank fitted in our house. From initial consultation through to fitting everyone at Gasglow has been extremely helpful. Our installation was probably more complex than most and they did a great job. House left clean and tidy at the end of each day, and couldn't be more helpful.

And the fault with our boiler properly fixed by Mark the engineer in one visit. Mark also turned up promptly on the date promised and was in PPE gear.
In summary,... friendly people and a pleasure to deal with, and an experienced and knowledgeable engineer who was able to diagnose and fix a tricky fault.
This is the 3rd time I've used Gasglow.

d. c.Hi Donna, I just wanted to thank you, David and Alan for such a fantastic job of replacing my boiler, which came as an unexpected surprise pending an extension and kitchen refurbishment.
David came up and gave us an honest appraisal of the job, and he was such a nice guy, I totally believed in him which led me to book the job in.
Having had him and Alan here for the last day and a half, i am so glad i did, as it has been so hassle free and reassuring, i cannot thank you all enough for something i was absolutely dreading.
They were so considerate, friendly (and careful about our cat which constantly went under floor), that i have total confidence that in the very unlikely event something goes wrong, it will be sorted immediately.
